INGREDIENTS WEIGHT
One of the most important steps for making bread is using the ingredients in a proper
amount.
It is strongly suggested to use the measuring cup and spoon to obtain accurate amount,
otherwise, the bread will be largely influenced.
Weighing liquid ingredients1.
Water, fresh milk or milk powder solution should be measured with measuring cups.
Observe the level of the measuring cup with your eyes horizontally. After measuring cooking
oil or other ingredients, clean the measuring cup thoroughly.
Measuring dry powder2.
Dry powder should be kept in natural and loose condition, level the cup mouth gently by
blade to ensure accurate measure.
Ingredient sequence3.
The sequence of placing ingredients should be as described below: liquid ingredients,
eggs, salt and milk powder etc. When placing the ingredients, the flour must not be wet by
liquid completely. The yeast must only be placed on dry flour. Also, yeast must not contact
with salt. After the flour has been kneaded for some time a beep will remind you to put fruit
ingredients into the mixture. If the fruit ingredients are added too early the flavor will be
diminished after long time mixing. When you use the delay function for a long time, never
add perishable ingredients such as eggs, fruit ingredients.
