Safety distances are measured from the product’s external surfaces.
Lateral and rear safety distances can be reduced by using Misa fire protection boards, product
No. 19808 and 19809.
When using single protection, the lateral or rear safety distance to the combustible material is
200 mm. When using double protection, the lateral or rear safety distance to the combustible
material is 100 mm. You can find more detailed instructions on use of the fire protection boards
in their manuals.
When using masonry or other protection, the dimensions must be verified with the
local fire inspector/building administrator.
MODELS 11208K AND 11308K, HEATED FROM ANOTHER ROOM
The wall through which the heater is used must be built from non-flammable, category A1
material. The wall must be non-flammable, to the extent of the entire height of the sauna, and at
least 125 cm in width (the width of the heater + safety distances on the sides).
