Disconnect negative cable from battery.
Remove the five 12mm bolts and the four pops.
Raise and support the vehicle using jack stands.
Drain cooling system below upper radiator hose level.
Remove the lower fascia close out panel.
Disconnect radiator fan electrical connector (Radiator Fan Connector), located in bottom center of fan assembly.
Remove the charge air inlet tube and loosen the PCM with bracket assembly.Remove the charge air inlet tube and loosen the PCM with bracket assembly.
Remove upper radiator hose.
Remove air cleaner housing assembly (only if you are using the stock air intake).
Disconnect the air conditioning suction hose retaining bracket to front core support and set aside (located on
passenger side of radiator).
Remove upper radiator fasteners (Radiator Fan Assembly).
MoveMove the cooling system fan assembly to disconnect the engine harness connected to the fan bracket and pull out the fan
assembly separate from the radiator.
Carefully pull out the stock radiator
Installation Instructions
Bolt the fan assembly to the Mishimoto Radiator.
Tighten the drain plug.
Carefully lower Mishimoto radiator into vehicle.

Radiator Removal Steps

Prepare Vehicle for Removal

Disconnect battery, raise and support vehicle, and drain cooling system.

Remove Radiator and Fan Assembly

Disconnect electrical connectors, hoses, and fasteners to remove radiator and fan assembly.

Installation Instructions

Mount Fan Assembly and Radiator

Bolt the fan assembly to the Mishimoto Radiator and tighten the drain plug.

Install New Radiator

Carefully lower the Mishimoto radiator into the vehicle.

Final Installation and Coolant Fill

Install components in reverse order, add coolant, and bleed air from the system.
