install all Mishimoto products.
INSTALL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the bolts that secure the AC condenser.
(4x 13mm bolts)
2. Lift the AC condenser up and out from behind the
front bumper. Then softly lower it and let it rest
so that it is out of the way of the intercooler.
3. Loosen the clamps on the intercooler end tank
connections. (2x T-bolt clamps)
4. Remove the bolts on the upper brackets that
secure the intercooler. (2x 10mm bolts)
5. Lift the intercooler and remove it from the vehicle.
See that both pipes are off the end tanks. You
may need to jiggle the intercooler as you remove
it to get the pipes off.
6. Loosen the clamp on the cold-side pipe and
remove the pipe. (1x t-bolt clamp)

Installation Procedure

Remove AC Condenser Mounting Bolts

Remove the four 13mm bolts securing the AC condenser to free it.

Relocate AC Condenser

Lift the AC condenser out from behind the front bumper and set it aside.

Loosen Intercooler End Tank Clamps

Loosen the two T-bolt clamps connecting the intercooler end tanks.

Remove Intercooler Upper Brackets

Remove the two 10mm bolts from the intercooler's upper mounting brackets.

Remove Intercooler

Carefully lift and remove the intercooler from the vehicle.

Remove Cold-Side Pipe

Loosen the T-bolt clamp on the cold-side pipe and remove the pipe.

Mark and Cut Cooler Hoses

Mark the transmission cooler hoses five inches back from the hump and cut them.

Remove Transmission Cooler

Remove the two 13mm bolts securing the transmission cooler and detach it.

Install Hose Barbs

Install the stainless steel hose barbs into the transmission cooler hoses with worm gear clamps.

Install Mishimoto Transmission Cooler

Mount the new transmission cooler, engaging bottom tabs with radiator brackets using 13mm bolts.

Connect Feed Line to Cooler

Attach the provided hose to the top port of the transmission cooler using a worm gear clamp.

Connect Return Line to Cooler

Attach the other hose to the bottom port of the transmission cooler using a worm gear clamp.

Reinstall Cold-Side Pipe

Reinstall the cold-side pipe using its T-bolt clamp.

Reinstall Intercooler

Reinstall the intercooler and secure its end tanks with T-bolt clamps.

Secure Intercooler Top Brackets

Secure the intercooler's top brackets using the two 10mm bolts.

Reinstall AC Condenser

Return the AC condenser to its position and secure both sides with four 13mm bolts.

Check Transmission Fluid

Verify the transmission fluid level and add as necessary.
