Overview

This document is a user manual for the Mistral MMW25SS 25 Litre Convection Microwave Oven. It provides essential information on safety, features, operation, and maintenance of the appliance.

Function Description

The Mistral MMW25SS is a versatile kitchen appliance designed for cooking, reheating, and defrosting food using microwave, convection, and combination cooking methods. It offers a 25-litre capacity and includes a 3-year replacement warranty.

Microwave Cooking: This function allows for quick cooking and reheating of food using microwave energy. The power level can be adjusted from 10% to 100% (High). Convection Cooking: This method circulates hot air throughout the oven cavity, enabling browning and crisping of foods. It can be programmed for various temperatures ranging from 95°C to 230°C for up to 9 hours and 30 minutes. Combination Cooking: This feature combines both convection heat and microwave energy for automatic cooking programs, offering four pre-programmed settings (COMB1-COMB4) with different convection temperatures (150°C to 230°C). Auto-Menu Settings: The oven includes several pre-programmed functions for common food items such as Baked Potatoes, Beverage, Popcorn, Reheat, Reheat Pizza, Meat Skewers, Cake, and Speed Defrost. These settings automatically determine the power level and cooking time. Speed Defrost: This function is specifically designed for defrosting frozen food. Minute Timer: A separate timer function allows for setting a countdown without initiating a cooking program. Childproof Lock: This safety feature prevents unsupervised operation by children by disabling all buttons when activated.
