Usage Features:
General Usage Guidance for All Devices:
- First-Time Users: Start with 4-5 minute treatments per area, gradually increasing to 10-15 minutes over 2-3 weeks as the body acclimates.
- Standard Use: Recommended 10-15 minute treatments per area. Additional 10-minute sessions for specific areas may be beneficial, but prolonged use beyond a certain point may lead to diminishing returns.
- Frequency: Allow at least 6 hours between treatments of the same area. Do not exceed 30 minutes in any one session. Use the device 4-10 times per week, with at least one day off per week.
Advanced Therapy Belt and Quad Belt:
- Powering with Wall Adapter:
- Connect the male end of the remote control cable to the DC power port on the belt.
- Connect the wall power adapter to the female end of the remote control cable.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- Power on/off by holding the remote button for 3 seconds.
- Unplug from the wall outlet after use.
- Powering with External Battery:
- Connect the male end of the remote control cable to the DC power port on the belt.
