To address this, check the intake super heat, look for refrigerant leakage and add more refrigerant if needed. Make sure the stop valve is fully open. Turn the power off, then on again, and check if error code 5101 is displayed. If it is, refer to the 'Check points' for 5101. Also, check the linear expansion valve.
