Replace control PCB
Is the voltage 15VDC detected
between and of CNI3 on
the control PCB side?
Is the voltage 15VDC detected
after disconnecting the
connector of outdoor fan motor?
Can the compressor startup?
Is the pressure balance at
starting OK ?
Is the insulation resistance and
coil resistance of compressor OK?
Is the power transistor module
OK ?
Is
the
inverter output OK ?
Try to startup several times
Can start ?
Check power supply
Replace Inverter PCB
If not solved yet, replace
noise filter PCB as well
Replace the outdoor
fan motor
