dierence between outdoor air temperature and setting temperature and the dierence between setting temperature and
returnairtemperature.(Whentheswitchingofcoolingmode

does not operate for 3 minutes by the control of
3-minutetimer.)Thiswillfacilitatethecooling/heatingswitchingoperation
