No refund or exchange once gasoline is placed
into the fuel tank.Warranty registration must be

First, ensure sufficient compression by properly tightening the plug and bolt, or consider replacing the gasket. If compression is sufficient, try these steps: * Pull the rope sharply. * Clean the fuel tank and fuel line. * Refill the tank with fuel and open the valve. * Remove carbon or wipe the spark plug, or replace it. * Ensure the proper grade of fuel is used and add sufficient oil as specified. * Also, make sure you haven’t plugged in too many devices and check the fan.
