How to troubleshoot a µ-Dimension ADI-64/1000 that won't turn on?

To troubleshoot a µ-Dimension Inverter that isn't turning on: 1. First, connect a 100-watt light bulb to the inverter output. 2. Make sure that the inverter is turned “On”, and the circuit breakers are reset. 3. If the issue persists, it might be due to a low D.C. condition. Turn the inverter “Off” for 5 seconds, then back “On”. If the light illuminates, it indicates a fault in the D.C. wiring, power source capacity and voltage or the line fuse. 4. Also, check for an output wiring short circuit or a load that is too large. In such cases, turn the inverter “Off”, remove the short circuit or excessive load from the output, and then turn the inverter back “On”.
