What to do if my µ-Dimension ProZ2-150 Amplifier has no output?

If your µ-Dimension Amplifier has no output, first ensure all terminal strip connections are secure. Then, check both in-line and built-in fuses, verifying that the '+12V' and 'RMT' terminals each receive +12 Volts relative to the chassis ground. Also, make sure the signal source (like your car radio) is properly connected and sending a signal. As a test, connect an RCA patch cord to the amplifier's LEFT & RIGHT low-level inputs only. Briefly tap the center pin of each disconnected RCA plug with your finger; this should create noise in the speakers.

Why does only one channel work on my µ-Dimension ProZ2-150?
    • T
      Tabitha BoyerAug 15, 2025
If only one channel of your µ-Dimension Amplifier is working, begin by confirming that all speaker terminal strip connections are firmly connected. Next, check the 'BALANCE' control on your car stereo (or signal source) to ensure it's set at the midpoint. If you're using RCA low-level inputs, try reversing the input plugs at the amplifier (switch right and left). If the silent channel switches sides after doing this, the issue lies within your car stereo (EQ, crossover, or another signal source) or the connecting cable.
