Why is my MLCS Marvel 60 Network Router Raizer not raising the router high enough?

  If your MLCS Network Router Raizer isn't raising the router high enough, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check the turret stop on the router; the adjustable stop must be retracted as high as possible and the turret stop rotated so the shortest post is under the adjustable stop. Alternatively, you may have reached the maximum plunge depth of the router. All plunge routers have a predetermined plunge stroke, which the Router-Raizer will not increase. When the router is fully compressed, check the amount of plunge post still visible; 1/16" to 1/4" of the post should be visible.

  If the speed wrench on your MLCS Network Router Raizer turns hard, it might be because the lead screw has no lubrication. Re-lubricate it using the supplied red grease or a heavy wheel bearing grease. Another possible cause is dry router plunge posts. Clean the posts and lubricate them with STP® MOTOR OIL TREATMENT.

  If your MLCS Network Router Raizer won't raise or lower the router, the drive nut may be loose and unable to rotate. Retighten the drive nut on the router. Another potential cause is dry router plunge posts. Clean the posts and lubricate them with STP® MOTOR OIL TREATMENT.
