If your Mobicool Refrigerator isn't working when plugged in, there could be several reasons: * Check if the ignition is switched on in your vehicle to supply current to the cigarette lighter. * Try using another plug socket to ensure there is voltage in the AC voltage socket. * If the plug of your cooler becomes very warm in the DC socket fitting, the fitting must be cleaned or the plug has not been assembled correctly. * If the inner fan, cooling element, or compressor is defective, it can only be repaired by an authorised repair centre.
