3. USING THE CHRONOGRAPH
A chronograph (stop watch) is a watch with an additional function,
allowing the user to measure intervals of time (seconds, minutes
and hours). To switch on the stop watch and minute time function,
press button A (START). Press it again to stop the stop watch (STOP).
The lower button, B, is used to reset the reading (RESET).
Resetting the chronograph reading (including after changing the
battery).
The chronograph must be reset when either its second or minute hand
fail to return to ZERO after resetting the chronograph, including after
changing the battery.
To reset the chronograph, it is necessary to:
Pull the winding crown out into position III.
Press button A to return the chronograph second and/or minute hand
to the ZERO position.
Return the winder to its original position I.
WARNING! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU PRESS
BUTTON B WHILE THE STOP WATCH IS ON. THIS COULD DAMAGE
THE WATCH.
