3. Funktionsstörungen auftreten.

Geben Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall zur Reparatur

in eine Fachwerkstatt.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie an der Zuleitung

aus der Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker

an!

Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes

weiches Tuch, niemals Chemikalien oder Wasser.

Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, nicht richtig

angeschlossen, falsch bedient oder nicht fachge-

recht repariert, kann keine Garantie für das Gerät

und keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach-

oder Personenschäden übernommen werden.

3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Zubehör

Die Geräte TXA-600 und TXA-650 sind eine Kombi-

nation aus einer 2-Wege-Lautsprecherbox, einem

Verstärker mit vier Eingangskanälen und einem

Empfangsteil für ein Funkmikrofon (Empfangsfre-

quenz 863,05 MHz). Das Modell TXA-650 besitzt ein

zusätzliches Empfangsteil für ein zweites Funkmi-

krofon mit einer Sendefrequenz von 864,80 MHz.

Die Geräte sind speziell für einen netzunabhängi-

gen Betrieb ausgelegt. Zur Stromversorgung ist ein

Akkumulator integriert, der durch die Ladeautomatik

aufgeladen wird, sobald die Lautsprecherbox mit

dem Stromnetz verbunden ist. Dadurch eignen sich

die Geräte ideal für den mobilen Einsatz zur

Beschallung bei Veranstaltungen, Vorträgen etc.

Über die Durchschleifanschlüsse (19) lassen

sich mehrere Aktivboxen zusammenschalten, um

einen größeren Bereich beschallen zu können. Es

kann aber auch eine passive 4-Ω-Lautsprecherbox

parallel betrieben werden (z. B. das im Design pas-

sende Modell TXB-600). Die Eingangskanäle lassen

sich folgendermaßen nutzen:

Kanal 1 für ein Funkmikrofon oder

für ein kabelgebundenes Mikrofon oder

für ein Audiogerät mit Line-Ausgang (z. B.

CD-Spieler, Kassettenrecorder)

Kanal 2 für ein Funkmikro (nur bei TXA-650) oder

für ein kabelgebundenes Mikrofon oder

für ein Audiogerät mit Line-Ausgang

Kanal 3 für ein Audiogerät mit Line-Ausgang

Kanal 4 für ein Audiogerät mit Line-Ausgang oder

für einen in der rückseitigen Mulde (13)

eingesetzten, tragbaren CD-Spieler

Aus dem Sortiment von MONACOR stehen fol-

gende Funkmikrofone zur Verfügung:

* Nur bei dem Modell TXA-650 kann über den Kanal 2 ein Funk-

mikrofon betrieben werden.

3.1 Zulassung

Die Zulassung für das Gerät ist nach der R + TTE-

Richtlinie (Radio and Telecommunication Technical

Equipment) in den Staaten der Europäischen Union

gültig. Die Zulassungsnummer ist in den techni-

schen Daten angegeben. Für den Betrieb in Staaten

außerhalb der EU fragen Sie bitte Ihren Fachhänd-

ler oder die MONACOR-Niederlassung des entspre-

chenden Landes.

In Deutschland ist der Frequenzbereich 863,05/

864,80 MHz für den Betrieb von drahtlosen Audio-

Übertragungssystemen freigegeben. Da dieser Be-

reich in anderen Ländern der EU für diesen Anwen-

dungszweck möglicherweise nicht zur Verfügung

stehen, informieren Sie sich vor Betrieb des Gerätes

außerhalb Deutschlands bitte bei Ihrem Fachhändler

oder bei der entsprechenden Behörde des Landes.

4 Inbetriebnahme

4.1 Aufstellung des Gerätes

Die Aktivbox kann frei aufgestellt oder über die

Stativhülse auf der Geräteunterseite auf ein PA-

Boxen-Stativ (z. B. PAST-Serie aus dem Sortiment

von MONACOR) gesteckt werden.

Für den Betrieb muss das Gerät nicht aus der

mitgelieferten Transporttasche herausgenommen

werden. Jedoch dürfen die Lüftungsöffnungen (14)

nicht verdeckt sein. Durch Öffnen der Reißver-

schlüsse sind alle Anschlüsse und Bedienelemente

zugänglich. Die so gelösten Taschenteile können

hochgeklappt und am Klettverschluss fixiert werden.

4.2 Stromversorgung

Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über den integrierten

Akkumulator, der mit dem internen Ladeteil aufgela-

den werden kann.

1) Zum Aufladen das beiliegende Netzkabel zuerst

in die Netzbuchse (16) stecken und dann den

Netzstecker in eine Steckdose (230 V~/50 Hz).

2) Die Ladekontrolle CHARGE (18) leuchtet:

rot = der Akku wird geladen

grün = der Ladevorgang ist beendet

Während des Ladens kann das Gerät betrieben

werden, jedoch steht nicht die volle Leistung zur

Verfügung, solange die rote LED „< 25 %“ (18)

leuchtet. Der Ladevorgang verkürzt sich, wenn

das Gerät mit dem Schalter POWER (17) ausge-

schaltet ist.

3) Ist der Akku voll geladen, leuchtet die Ladekon-

trolle CHARGE grün. Bei maximaler Lautstärke

ist dann eine netzunabhängige Betriebsdauer

von bis zu 8 Stunden möglich. Bei einer geringe-

ren Lautstärke verlängert sich die Betriebsdauer.

4) Der Akku sollte wieder geladen werden, wenn die

rote LED „< 25 %“ aufleuchtet.

5) Durch die Ladeautomatik kann der Akku nicht

überladen werden. Jedoch sollte der Netzstecker

aus der Steckdose gezogen werden, wenn der

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accord-

ance with the following code:

green/yellow = earth

blue = neutral

brown = live

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this

appliance may not correspond with the coloured

markings identifying the terminals in your plug,

proceed as follows:

1. The wire which is coloured green and yellow

must be connected to the terminal in the plug

which is marked with the letter E or by the earth

symbol , or coloured green or green and yel-

low.

2. The wire which is coloured blue must be con-

nected to the terminal which is marked with the

letter N or coloured black.

3. The wire which is coloured brown must be con-

nected to the terminal which is marked with the

letter L or coloured red.

Warning

This appliance must be earthed.

3 Applications and Accessories

The units TXA-600 and TXA-650 each are a combi-

nation of a 2-way speaker system, an amplifier with

four input channels, and a receiving part for a wire-

less microphone (receiving frequency 863.05 MHz).

The model TXA-650 has an additional receiving part

for a second wireless microphone with a transmitting

frequency of 864.80 MHz. The units are especially

designed for a mains-independent operation. For

power supply, a rechargeable battery is integrated

which is recharged by the automatic charging as

soon as the speaker system is connected to the

mains. Thus, the units are ideally suited for mobile

PA applications in case of events, lectures, etc.

Via the fed-through connections (19) it is possible

to interconnect several active systems to be able to

provide PA applications for a greater area. But it is

also possible to operate in parallel a passive 4 Ω

speaker system (e. g. model TXB-600 of matching

design). The input channels can be used as follows:

Channel 1 for a wireless microphone or

for a cable-connected microphone or

for an audio unit with line output (e. g.

CD player, tape recorder)

Channel 2 for a wireless microphone (only for TXA-

650) or

for a cable-connected microphone or

for an audio unit with line output

Channel 3 for an audio unit with line output

Channel 4 for an audio unit with line output or for a

portable CD player placed in the rear

From the product range of MONACOR the following

wireless microphones are available:

* Only with model TXA-650 it is possible to operate a wireless

microphone via channel 2.

3.1 Approval

According to the R + TTE directive (Radio and Tele-

communication Technical Equipment) the approval

of the unit is valid in the countries of the European

Union. The approval number is indicated in the spec-

ifications. For the operation in countries outside the

EU, please contact your retailer or the MONACOR

subsidiary in the country where this system will be

operated.

In Germany, the frequency range of 863.05/

864.80 MHz has been approved for the operation of

wireless audio transmission systems. As it is possi-

ble that this range is not available for this field of ap-

plication in other countries of the EU, please contact

your retailer or the corresponding authorities of the

particular country prior to operating this system out-

side Germany.

4 Setting into Operation

4.1 Setting up the unit

The active system can be placed as desired or be

mounted to a PA speaker cabinet stand (e. g. PAST

series of the MONACOR product range) via the

stand sleeve on the lower side of the unit.

For the operation the unit need not be taken out

of the supplied transport bag. However, the ventila-

tion slots (14) must not be covered. By opening the

zip-fasteners all connections and operating ele-

ments are accessible. The parts of the bag opened

up can now be folded upwards and fixed at the

velcro fastener.

4.2 Power supply

The power supply is made via the integrated re-

chargeable battery which is charged with the inter-

nal charging part.

1) For charging, first connect the supplied mains

cable to the mains jack (16) and then connect the

mains plug to a mains socket (230 V~/50 Hz).

2) The charging control LED CHARGE (18) lights

up:

red = the rechargeable battery is being charged

green = the charging procedure is terminated

If the unit is to be put out of operation

definitively, take it to a local recycling

plant for a disposal which is not harmful

to the environment.
