EXAMINE device

CHOOSE any orientation

INSERT mouthpiece
4
INHALE deeply
and hold breath for
2-3 seconds
5
EXHALE for 3-4
times longer than the
inspiratory breath
6
CONTINUE for 10-20
breaths or as instructed by
your healthcare provider.
Perform 2-3 ‘huff coughs’ to
clear airway
7
REPEAT steps 3-6
for 10-20 minutes
or as prescribed
