Monarch ET2400 User Manual

All you need are your two hands, a hammer, this instruction sheet and possibly a “Friend”.
Assemble on the floor (preferably carpeted). Familiarize yourself with the parts and make
sure they are all included.

Assembly Procedure

Attach Side Panels to Bottom Shelf

Screw side panels (05 & 06) to the bottom shelf (60) using four assembly screws (5010).

Attach Back Panels to Bottom Shelf

Attach back panels (07 & 08) to the bottom shelf (60) using four assembly screws (5010).

Install Plastic Dowels and TV Supports

Insert plastic dowels (5036) into TV supports (35) and align with side panels (05 & 06).

Attach TV Supports to Side Panels

Screw the two TV supports (35) to both side panels (05 & 06) with four assembly screws (5010).

Mount TV Shelf

Place the TV shelf (70) on top of TV supports (35) and attach to side panels (05 & 06) with four screws.

Install Casters

Insert the four casters (5230) underneath the bottom shelf (60).

Prepare Top Shelf Attachment

Insert fastening cams (5900) into side panels (05 & 06) and back panels (07 & 08).

Attach and Secure Top Shelf

Screw fastening rods (5900) to top shelf (58) and lock using cams (5900) with Allen key (5020).

Install Shelves

Attach three shelves (72) to each side panel and back panel using assembly screws (5010).

Insert Support Pins and Adjustable Shelf

Insert support pins (5035) into side panels (05 & 06) and rest adjustable shelf (61) on them.

Install Magnets for Glass Doors

Push-in two magnets (5400) underneath the TV shelf (70).

Install Glass Door Hinges and Handles

Install hinges (5500/5506) on glass doors (1442) and attach handles (5510/5516) in front of magnets.

Attach Back Panels

Nail the two top backings (74) and two bottom backings (75) behind the unit.

Apply Cover Caps

Hide all visible screws and cams with the appropriate cover caps.

Use a lightly damp cloth to keep the finish shiny clean.
