•After each step you must check if each part is correctly placed and well fixed. Follow strictly each step and study well the
assembly figures.
•DO NOT over-tighten in order to avoid any damage.
1.Step 1 – Attaching the rear axle – See Fig. 1 Turn the SUV’s body upside down and remove the 2 pcs black plastic
parts from the rear body and place the axle on the body. Slide the cables of the rear gearboxes in the openings in the SUV’s
body. Place the black parts on top of the axle. Connect the cables of the gearboxes to the cables of the SUV.
2.Step 2 – Attaching the front axle – See Fig. 2: Remove the spacer slip from the front axle and align the axle with the
front part of the SUV’s body as shown on the figure. Press carefully down. Then on each side of the axle place a washer and
fix it with a clip. Connect the cables of the front gearboxes to the cables of the SUV.
3.Step 3 – Attaching the wheels – See Fig. 3:
-Front wheels: Remove the screws from the SUV’s body and attach the front wheels to the axle. Place an washer on each
side of the axle. Fix with nuts and wrench. Then attach the wheel covers.
-Rear wheels: Remove the screws from the SUV’s body and place the rear wheels on each side of the rear axle. Attach
washers on each sides of the rear axle and fix with nuts. Finally attach the wheel covers.
4.Step 4 - Connecting the battery - See Figure 4: Connect the SUV’s cables to the battery‘s terminals. Red cable must be
connected to red terminal and black cable to black terminal.
5.Step 5 - Installing the baffle - See Figure 5: Remove the screws from the SUV’s body. Align the baffle to the body. The
holes for the fixing screws of the baffle and body must fit. Slide the screws through them and fix them using a screwdriver.
6.Step 6 - Installing the storage box - See Figure 6: Place the bumps in the rear of the SUV’s body. Remove the 6 screws
from the body and place the storage box in the body. Align the holes on the rear body and storage box for the fixing screws.
Slide the screws through them and tighten them with screwdriver.
7.Step 7 - Installing the steering wheel - See Figure 7: Remove the machine bolt and nut from the tip of the steering
column. Connect the cable of the steering wheel to the cable coming of the SUV’s body. Then attach the steering wheel to
the tip of the steering column. Be careful not to tear the cables. Align the holes of the steering wheel for the fixing bolt with
those of the steering column. Slide through these holes the fixing bolt and tighten it using a screwdriver and nut.
8.Step 8 - Installing the seat - See Figure 8: Place the seat on the designated place in the SUV’s body. Fix it using screws
and screwdriver.
9.Step 9 – Attaching the rear frame with lights - See Figure 9: Place the rear frame with the lights behind the seat and
slide the cable for lights through the opening in the rear SUV’s body. Then put the frame on the holders and press carefully
down until it is attached. Connect the lights’ cable to the SUV’s cable.
10.Step 10 – Attaching the rear frame with lights - See Figure 10: Place the front frame with the lights on the front body
of the SUV. Slide the cable for lights through the opening in the FRONT SUV’s body. Then put the frame on the holders and
press carefully down until it is attached. Connect the lights’ cable to the SUV’s cable.
11.Step 11 - Install the front bumper hooks - See Figure 11: Place the hooks in front bottom part of the SUV. Press each
one carefully until it is fixed.
12.Step 12 – Attaching the front bumper – See Figure 12: Place the ends of the front bumper into the openings in the
front part of the SUV. Press carefully until it is fixed.
HOW TO OPERATE THE BO SUV
See Figure U:
1.Horn and Next music buttons are situated on the steering wheel;
2.Music player;
3.ON/ OFF switch – to turn the power on or off of the SUV;
4.Forward and Backward – button for moving forward and backward:
To move the SUV forward set the switch to position Forward (▲) and press the foot pedal. If the pedal is released, the
SUV stops moving.
To move the SUV backwards set the switch to the position Backward (▼) and press the foot pedal. If the pedal is released,
the SUV stops moving.
5.Swing function;
6.Power on/ off for all light;
The product is designed to operate in reverse in low speed only.
WARNING! Always stop the SUV when changing the direction of movement or the speed in order to avoid damage of the
gearboxes or motors.
REMOTE CONTROL USE
ONLY AN ADULT CAN USE THE REMOTE CONTROL!
The use of the remote control is always with priority over the manual and pedal operation with the SUV.
(If you use the remote control, the pedal will not work.)
I. PLACING OF THE BATTERIES:
WARNING! The placement of batteries should be performed in the absence of children!
1.The batteries are not included in the set.
2.Remove the screw of the lid of the battery compartment with a screwdriver and set it aside.
