3. Step 3 – See Fig. 3: Fix it with a screwdriver and
screw 4*10. Do not overtighten, in order to avoid
damage to any of the parts.
4. Step 4 – See Fig. 4: Place one square washer on
both sides of the steering wheel.
5. Step 5 – See Fig. 5: Insert the straight end of the
steering shaft through the opening of the front axle. The
crooked end must be slided through the opening of the
connecting metal plate of the front axle.
6. Step 6 – See Fig. 6: Install the steering wheel on top
of the steering fork, as shown in the picture and fix it with
the help of square washer, gasket, 1хМ8 screw, wrench
and nut. Do not over tighten in order to avoid damage to
any of the parts.
7. Step 7 – See Fig. 7: Place the ornamental cap in the
center of the steering wheel.
8. Step 8 – See Fig. 8: Place the seat on its respective
place on the kart frame and fix it with 5 *45 screws. Do
not over tighten in order to avoid damage to any of the
parts. Use washers if needed.
