TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem: The car does not move
Cause: The battery is exhausted:
Each time after use of the car, please, recharge the battery for the time indicated in this instruction manual. The battery
must be charged at least once a month. Please, charge for 8 -10 hours, but no more than 18 hours.
Cause: The thermal fuse has switched off. The battery operated car is equipped with self-restarting fuse. When the
battery operated car is overloaded or works improperly, the self-restarting fuse will turn off for about 2 minutes before it
starts working again. This fuse is located under the seat.
Cause: The switch on/ off is not pushed correctly
Cause: The connecting cable of the battery wire is loose.
Make sure that the connectors of the battery cables are firmly connected. Use the car only according to the manual.
Cause: The battery is completely exhausted.
Contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.
Cause: The electrical system is damaged.
Contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.
Cause: The motor is damaged.
The motor must be repaired by a professional. Please, contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.
Problem: The battery does not charge.
Cause: The connector of the battery or the connector of the charger are loose.
Make sure that the connector of the battery cables and the connector of the charger are firmly connected.
Cause: The charger is not plugged in.
Make sure that the charger is plugged in a socket of the main power grid and that there is electricity out of it.
Cause: The charger does not work.
Check whether the charger is getting warm during charging. If not, the charger may be damaged and you must contact the
store you bought the product from or the importer, to repair the damage.
Problem: The battery operated car is not in motion for a long time.
Cause: The battery may not have enough charge.
May be you have not charged the battery for a long enough period of time. After each use or minimum once a month, charge
the battery for 8 10 hours. Do not charge for more than 18 hours.
Problem: Buzzing sound and heating during the charging.
Cause: This is a chemical process. It is normal.
Problem: the car moves slowly.
Cause: the battery cannot hold any charge
Contact the store you bought the product from or the importer.
Cause: Overloading
The child using the car should be with maximum weight of up to 25 kg.
Cause: uneven ground
Use the battery operated car only on the recommended grounds in this manual in order to avoid damage.
Read the manual and the troubleshooting guide completely. Do not try to repair the battery operated car For this
purpose, contact the shop, from which you bought the product or the importer.
1.Turn off the power of the battery operated car before
you start charging the battery.
2.The charging output is located under the seat.
3. Connect the outlet of the charger to the charging
adapter.
4. Connect the adapter of the charger to an electrical
outlet of the central power grid.
Replacing of the battery and removal of the discharged one
Your battery at one point will lose its ability to hold charge. Depending on the amount of use and varying conditions, the
battery should be used between one and three years. In order to replace the battery and remove the discharged one, follow
the steps below:
1. Remove the seat of the battery operated car.
2. Remove the jacks of the battery’s cables.
3. Remove the metal bracket that protects the battery from falling.
4. Remove the lid of the battery compartment.
5. Carefully lift the battery.
Depending on the state of the battery (for example leakage) you may have to wear protective gloves before you
remove the battery.
Do not lift the battery by its terminals or cables.
6. Place the discharged battery in a plastic packaging.
