INSTRUCTIONS
Important Safety Information. Please read and keep all guides and
instruction booklets.

WARNING: Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can
cause hearing loss.’ Headphones are not supplied with the product. These must
be purchased seperately.
Important Safety Instructions
To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not expose the AirStream 10 to •
rain or moisture.
The apparatus should not be exposed to dripping or splashing, and objects •
filled with liquids, such as vases, shall not be placed on the apparatus. As with
any electronic product, use care not to spill liquids into any part of the system.
Liquids can cause a failure and/or a fire hazard.
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the •
apparatus.
Use ONLY the power adaptor provided with the radio. If damaged, a new unit •
can be obtained from Monitor Audio.
The marking information is located at the bottom enclosure of the apparatus•
Important Operating Instructions
This product must be used indoors. It is neither designed nor tested for use •
outdoors, in recreation vehicles, or on boats.
Where the mains plug is used as the disconnect device, such disconnect •
device should remain readily operable.
Power Cord Protection
The power supply cord should be routed so that it is not likely to be stepped on or
pinched by items placed upon or against it.
Water & Moisture
AirStream 10 should not be used near water - for example, a bathtub, washbowl,
kitchen sink, and washing machine, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
Under no circumstance should plants, vases or fish bowls be placed on the product.
Please ensure that no liquid is spilt on the appliance, especially on the panel where
the power cord/cables enter the product. The apparatus shall not be exposed to
dripping or splashing and any object filled with liquids, such as vases shall not be
placed on it.
Heat/Humidity
AirStream 10 should not be placed near any heat source such as radiators, open
fires, stoves, direct sunlight, or any other appliance that produces heat. Nor should
it be placed beside equipment that produces steam, such as a kettle.
This lightning flash with an arrow head symbol, within
an equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the user to
the presence of un-insulated “dangerous voltage”
within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient
magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to the
persons.
Warning: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not
remove cover (or back), no user-serviceable parts
inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
This exclamation point within an equilateral triangle
is intended to alert the user to presence of important
maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature
accompanying the appliance.
