Operation (condenser unit)
1. Review all safety sections in this manual.
2. Ensure the water supply is connected correctly and the oven power is on.
3. Adjust the thermostat control to the required position (Figure 43).
It is suggested that, as a starting point, the thermostat is set at 60. It can then be decreased if the
performance drops or increased if it is found that the water is being replaced too often.
