How to open the double-catch door
1. Turn the handle left to release the door catch halfway.
– This step allows the steam and heat to escape.
2. Turn the handle right to release the door catch entirely.
3. Open the door.
NOTE  These instructions apply to both left-hand and right-hand ovens.
 Close the door by just pushing it shut.
