2.5 - Mounting of the cell on the sower element
a) Mounting on the MECA V4 seeder
The photoelectric cell must be secured in the base using two 4x10 rivets,
housed in the two holes marked A as shown below.
WARNING : be careful to arrange the wire so it is not pinched when
the base is mounted on the feed unit.
Next mount the base on the MECA V4 sower element
The sensor cable must be tted on the unit, when the shoe is
completely open, to be sure that the cable as no stress.
2.5 - Montaggio della cellula sull’elemento seminatore
a) Montaggio su seminatrice MECA V4
La cellula fotoelettrica deve essere ssata nel vomere tramite i 2 rivetti
4 x 10, situati nei 2 fori [A] come presentato qui sotto. La fascetta [B]
consente di ssare il lo al vomere.
ATTENZIONE: prestare attenzione a disporre il lo in modo tale che
non resti incastrato durante il montaggio del vomere sulla scatola
di distribuzione.
Montare quindi il vomere sull’elemento seminatore MECA V4.
Il ssaggio del cavo della cellula sull’elemento deve essere
eettuato con il vomere interamente aperto anché il cavo non
riceva nessuna sollecitazione.
2.5 - De cel op het zaaielement monteren
a) Montage op MECA V4 zaaimachine
De foto elektrische cel moet in de kouter worden bevestigd met behulp
van 2 popnagels van 4 x 10, in de 2 gaten [A] zoals hieronder wordt
getoond. De kabel wordt op de kouter bevestigd met behulp van de
klemband [B].
LET OP: zorg dat de kabel zodanig is geïnstalleerd dat hij niet
vastgekneld raakt bij het monteren van de kouter op de verdeelunit.
Monteer vervolgens de kouter op het zaaielement MECA V4
De kabel van de cel moet op het element worden bevestigd met
volledige geopende kouter, zodat de kabel geen druk ondervindt.
2.5 - Montaż fotokomórki na elemencie siewnika
a) Montaż na siewniku MECA V4
Fotokomórka musi być przymocowana do redlicy za pomocą 2 nitów 4 x
10, umieszczonych w 2 otworach [A], jak pokazano poniżej. Obejma [B]
służy do mocowania przewodu do redlicy.
UWAGA: upewnij się, że przewód jest ułożony tak, aby nie został
przygnieciony podczas montażu redlicy na skrzynce rozdzielczej.
Następnie zamontuj redlicę na elemencie siewnym MECA V4
Kabel czujnika należy montować na urządzeniu, gdy klapa jest
całkowicie otwarta, aby upewnić się, że kabel nie jest naprężony.
