b) Mounting on the NG Plus 3 seeder (before 2006)
- Remove the unit’s cover and the feed mechanism.
- Remove the depth wheel and the disk.
- Remove the black plastic grain chute (axle, then pin).
- Mount the new grain chute A ref. 7079.a (hook at the bottom, axle plus
pin at the top).
- Mount cell B using the two bolts marked C.
- Mount protection ap D (ref. 6240) on the feed mechanism’s cover
using the screws marked E (5 x 8 HM), not forgetting metal plate F (ref.
6241), as shown below.
- Remount the disk, the depth wheel, the feed mechanism and the unit’s
cover.
- Check that the disk and the cover are not touching the grain chute.
b) Montaggio su seminatrice NG Plus 3 (prima del 2006)
- Togliere il coperchio dalla scatola e la distribuzione.
- Smontare una ruota di misura e un disco
- Smontare lo scivolo per semi di plastica nero (asse, quindi copiglia).
- Montare il nuovo scivolo [A] rif. 7079.a (gancio in basso, asse quindi
copiglia in alto).
- Montare la cellula [B] tramite due bulloni [C].
- Montare l’aletta di protezione [D] (rif. 6240) sul coperchio di distribuzione
tramite le viti [E] (HM 5 x 8) senza dimenticare la lamiera [F] (rif. 6241)
come presentato qui sotto.
- Rimontare il disco, la ruota di misura, la distribuzione e il coperchio
della scatola.
- Accertarsi che il disco e il coperchio non tocchino lo scivolo dei semi.
b) Montage op de zaaimachine NG Plus 3 (vóór 2006)
- Haal het deksel van de behuizing en verwijder de verdeelunit.
- Demonteer een peilwiel en een schijf
- Demonteer het zwarte plastic zaadkorrelafvoerstuk (as, vervolgens
pin).
- Monteer het nieuwe referentie zaadkorrelafvoerstuk [A] ref. 7079.a
(onderste haak, as plus bovenste pin).
- Monteer de cel [B] met behulp van de twee bouten [C].
- Monteer de beschermap [D] (ref. 6240) op het doseerdeksel met
behulp van de schroeven [E] (HM 5 x 8) zonder het plaatijzer [F] te
vergeten (ref. 6241) zoals hieronder wordt afgebeeld.
- Monteer de schijf, het peilwiel, de verdeelunit en het deksel van de
behuizing.
- Zorg dat de schijf en het deksel het zaadkorrelafvoerstuk niet raken.
b) Montaż na siewniku NG Plus 3 (przed 2006)
- Zdejmij pokrywę urządzenia oraz mechanizm podający.
- Zdemontuj koło kopiujące oraz tarczę.
- Usuń zsyp z czarnego plastiku (oś, a następnie sworzeń).
- Zamontuj nowy zsyp [A] ref. 7079.a (zaczep na dole, oś i sworzeń na
górze).
- Zamontuj fotokomórkę [B] za pomocą dwóch śrub [C].
- Zamontuj osłonę [D] (ref. 6240) na pokrywie mechanizmu podawczego
za pomocą śrub [E] (HM 5 x 8), nie zapominając o płycie [F] (ref. 6241),
jak pokazano poniżej.
- Ponownie zamontuj dysk, koło kopiujące, mechanizm podający oraz
pokrywę urządzenia.
- Sprawdź, czy tarcza i pokrywa nie dotykają zsypu ziaren.
