d) Assembly of TT2 chute assembly on NG Plus seeder
► Parts to disassemble to facilitate the assembly of the TT2 chute:
1
- The PRO wheel alone
2
- The housing of the box
3
- The selector and the disc
4
- Side protection cover
5
- The Microsem chute
6
- The xation axis of the chute
7
- The rear light protection plate
8
- The front light protection plate
► TT2 chute assembly procedure:
- Do the operation with the seeder raised and propped up to work safely.
Step 1: Start by passing the chute wire between the two discs, then
thread the chute.
Step 2: Tilt the chute slightly and move the chute forward, passing under
the screw to the element body. With the other hand pull the spring to
have more passage for the chute at the level of the draw bar.
Step 3: Reassemble the chute by leaning on the body of the element.
Step 4: Touch the box to tilt the chute forward to be able to position the
xing hook.
Step 5: Lower the chute to accommodate the xing hook.
Step 6: The hook is in place, reset the xing pin of the chute.
Check that the removable tip is properly hooked and reposition the
spring on the tube.

►Procedura montażu komórki zsuwni TT2 :
- Należy uruchamiać siewnik w pozycji uniesionej i z użyciem podparcia
w celu zachowania bezpieczeństwa pracy.
Etap 1: Rozpocząć od wprowadzenia przewodu zsuwni pomiędzy dwie
tarcze, a następnie przytwierdzić przewód do zsuwni.
Etap 2: Lekko przechylić zsuwnię i wsunąć ją do przodu pod śrubą aż
do korpusu elementu.
Drugą ręką pociągnąć sprężynę, aby uzyskać więcej miejsca na zsuwnię
w klapie wysuwanej.
Etap 3: Zmontować zsuwnię ponownie, podtrzymując korpus elementu.
Etap 4: Dotknąć obudowy i odchylić zsuwnię do przodu, aby ustawić
hak mocujący.
Etap 5: Opuścić zsuwnię, aby pomieścić hak mocujący.
Etap 6: Po założeniu haka należy założyć sworzeń mocujący zsuwnię.

►Procedura di montaggio della cellula canaletta TT2:
- Fare l’operazione seminatrice e sostenere per lavorare in piena
sicurezza.
Tappa 1: Cominciare a passare il lo della canaletta tra i due dischi poi
inlare la canaletta.
Tappa 2: Inclinare la canaletta leggermente e spostare la canaletta in
avanti passando sotto la vite no al corpo dell’elemento.
Con l’altra mano tirare la molla per aver più passaggio per la canaletta
a livello della cerniera
Tappa 3: Rimontare la canaletta appoggiandosi sul corpo dell’elemento.
Tappa 4: Toccare il contenitore e inclinare la canaletta in avanti per
posizionare il gancio di ssaggio.
Tappa 5: Far scendere la canaletta per mettere il gancio di ssaggio.
Tappa 6: Il gancio è posizionato, rimettere l’asse di ssaggio della
canaletta.
Vericare il buon aggancio della punta smontabile e riposizionare
la molla sul tubo.
d) Monteren van de cel TT2 op zaaier NG Plus
►Te demonteren onderdelen voor het vereenvoudigen van het
monteren van de gootcel TT2:

►Montageprocedure van de gootcel TT2:
- Voer de bewerkingen uit met een getilde zaaier om in alle veiligheid
te werken.
Stap 1: Begin met het doorvoeren van de gootdraad tussen de twee
schijven, bedraad daarna de goot.
Stap 2: Laat de goot lichtjes hellen en verplaats de goot naar voor onder
de vijs tot aan het lichaam van het element.
Met de andere hand trekt u aan de veer voor meer ruimte voor de goot
ter hoogte van de trekstaaf.
Stap 3: Monteer de goot opnieuw door te drukken op het lichaam van
het element.
Stap 4: Druk even op de behuizing en hel de goot naar voren om de
bevestigingshaak aan te kunnen brengen.
Stap 5: Laat de goot zakken om de bevestigingshaak te plaatsen.
Stap 6: Met de geplaatste haak kunt u de bevestigingsas van de goot
terugplaatsen.
Controleer de goede verankering van de demonteerbare tip en
plaats de veer terug op de buis.
