2.7 - Mounting the disengageable heads
(Option, not compatible with MS)
The disengageable head(s) must be mounted on the row(s) to be cut
during planting. Each head has an electromagnet that disengages the
element when powered (+9V).
Note:
For MECA 2000, NG Plus and NG Plus 2 seed planters, it is necessary
to replace the original upper parallelogram arms with specic arms ref.

For MECA3, MECA V4, NC, NX and NG Plus 3/4/M seed planters, the
original parallelogram arms do not need to be replaced.
The disengageable head is mounted in place of the standard head.
- Remove the upper hexagon shaft from the relevant element(s).
- Remove the chain from the sprocket block.
- Remove the standard sprocket block.
- On NX, also remove the element bearing and t the bearing

in place of the standard sprocket
block, (g. 3) for MECA, NC and NG Plus or (g. 4) for NX.
- Reposition the chain and hexagon shaft.
After installation and before each use, it is necessary to check the
correct electrical and mechanical operation.

2.7 - Montaggio delle teste disinseribili
(Optional, non compatibile con MS)
Dove si debbano montare le teste disinseribili sulle le da chiudere
durante la semina. Ogni testa comporta un elettromagnete che, quando
alimentato, disinserisce l’elemento (+9V).
Nota:
Per le seminatrici MECA 2000, NG Plus e NG Plus 2, quando si
montano le teste disinseribili, occorre sostituire i bracci superiori del
parallelogramma di origine con bracci specici rif. 65103591

Per quanto attiene le seminatrici MECA3, MECA V4, NC, NX e NG
Plus 3/4/M, non è necessario sostituire i bracci montati all’origine sui
parallelogrammi.
La testa disinseribile va montata al posto della testa standard.
- Rimuovere l’albero esagonale superiore dagli elementi interessati.
- Rimuovere la catena dal blocco pignone.
- Rimuovere il blocco pignone standard.
- Su NX, rimuovere anche il cuscinetto di rotolamento dell’elemento e
montare il cuscinetto

- Montare la testa disinseribile

al posto del blocco pignone standard,
(g. 3) per MECA, NC e NG Plus, oppure (g. 4) per NX.
- Riposizionare la catena e l’albero esagonale.
Dopo il montaggio e prima di ogni utilizzo occorre vericare il buon
funzionamento elettrico e meccanico.
Non aprire la scatola in caso di malfunzionamento. Prendere contatto
con il nostro Servizio Post-Vendita.
2.7 - Monteren ontkoppelbare koppen
(Optie, incompatibel met MS)
Daar waar de ontkoppelbare koppen gemonteerd worden op de rij of
rijen die tijdens het zaaien uitgeschakeld zullen worden Elke kop omvat
een elektromagneet die het element ontkoppeld indien deze onder
spanning staat (+9V).
Opmerking:
Op de zaaimachines MECA 2000 NG Plus en NG Plus 2 moeten
de originele parallellogramvormige armen vervangen worden door
specieke armen ref. 65103591

Bij de zaaimachines MECA3, MECA V4, NC, NX en NG Plus 3/4/M
hoeven de origineel geplaatste parallellogramvormige armen niet
vervangen te worden.
De ontkoppelbare kop wordt daarentegen op de standaardkop
gemonteerd.
- Verwijder de bovenste zeskantas van het/de betrokken element(en).
- Verwijder de ketting van het tandwielstel.
- Verwijder het standaard tandwielstel.
- Op de NX, verwijder eveneens de lager van de lagering het element en
monteer de lager

- Monteer de ontkoppelbare kop

op diens plaats en plaats het
standaard tandwielstel (g. 3) voor MECA, NC en NG Plus of (g. 4)
voor NX.
- Plaats de ketting en de zeskantas terug
Na de montage en vóór elk gebruik moet de goede elektrische en
mechanische werking nagezien worden.

2.7 - Montaż odłączanych głowic
(Opcja, niekompatybilna z MS)
Odłączana głowica lub głowice musi być zamontowana w rzędzie
(rzędach), które będą rozłączane podczas siewu. Każda głowica
posiada elektromagnes, który wyłącza zespół, gdy jest zasilany (9 V).
Uwaga:
W przypadku siewników MECA 2000, NG Plus i NG Plus 2 konieczna
jest wymiana oryginalnych górnych ramion równoległoboku na
specjalne ramiona o nr kat. 65103591

W przypadku siewników MECA3, MECA V4, NC, NX i NG Plus
3/4/M nie trzeba wymieniać ramion oryginalnie zamontowanych na
równoległobokach.
Odłączana głowica jest montowana w miejscu głowicy standardowej.
- Wymontować górny wałek sześciokątny z danego zespołu (zespołów).
- Wymontować łańcuch z bloku zębatego.
- Wymontować standardowy blok zębaty.
- W modelu NX wymontować również łożysko zespołu i zamontować
łożysko

- Zamontować łańcuch i wałek sześciokątny
Po montażu i przed każdym użyciem należy sprawdzić poprawność
działania układów elektrycznego i mechanicznego.
