2. INSTALLATION
2.1 - Fastening the console
The console must be installed in the tractor cab, in a location ensuring
it is visible and accessible. To do this, se the bracket supplied with the
console [A] (g. 1). Clip the plate [B] (g. 1) to the back of the console.
2.2 - Console cables
a) Power supply cable B
The MONOSEM CS30 sowing controller runs only with a 12 Volt power
supply. The console’s power supply cable is composed of two wires. If
you do not use the 3-pin connector supplied, check that the brown wire
with a fuse holder [C] (Fig. 2) is wired to the (+) terminal, the blue wire to
the battery’s (-) terminal on the battery.
When using two series-connected 12 Volt batteries, check that the blue
wire is wired to the terminal connected to the tractor chassis (- terminal)
and the brown wire to the + terminal on the same battery.
The electric circuit is protected by a fuse in its fuse holder [C] (g. 2 & 3).
2. INSTALLAZIONE
2.1 - Fissaggio della console
Installare la console nella cabina del trattore in un punto in cui sia
facilmente visibile e accessibile. A tal ne, utilizzare il supporto [A] (g.
1) in dotazione con la console. La piastra [B] (g. 1) è da agganciare
dietro la console.
2.2 - Cavi della console
a) Cavo di alimentazione
Il controllore di semina MONOSEM CS30 funziona soltanto con 12 Volt.
Il cavo di alimentazione della console è composto da due li. Se non
si utilizza la presa a 3 morsetti di origine, accertarsi che il lo marrone
munito di un portafusibili [C] (Fig. 2) sia cablato sul morsetto (+) della
batteria e il lo blu sul morsetto (-) della batteria.
Se si hanno due batterie da 12 Volt in serie, accertarsi che il lo blu
sia sul morsetto collegato al telaio del trattore (morsetto -) e che il lo
marrone si trovi sul morsetto + della stessa batteria.
Un fusibile nel portafusibile [C] (g. 2 & 3) protegge il circuito elettrico.
2. INSTALLATIE
2.1 - Bevestiging van het bedieningspaneel
Installeer het bedieningspaneel in de tractorcabine waar het gemakkelijk
zichtbaar en toegankelijk is. Gebruik hiervoor beugel [A] (afb. 1), die
bij het bedieningspaneel wordt meegeleverd. Plaat [B] (g. 1) wordt
vastgeklemd op de achterkant van het bedieningspaneel.
2.2 - Kabels van het bedieningspaneel
a) Voedingskabel
De zaaimachineregelaar van de MONOSEM CS30 werkt uitsluitend
op 12 volt. De voedingskabel van het bedieningspaneel bestaat uit
twee kabels. Als u de originele 3-polige stekker niet gebruikt, zorg dan
dat de bruine kabel is voorzien van een zekeringhouder [C] (afb. 2) is
aangesloten op de (+) pool van de accu, de blauwe kabel op de (−) pool.
Als u twee 12 Volt accu’s in serie hebt geschakeld, moet u ervoor zorgen
dat de blauwe kabel is aangesloten op de klem van het tractorchassis
(− pool) en de bruine kabel op de + pool van dezelfde accu.
Een zekering in de zekeringhouder [C] (afb. 2 en 3) beveiligt het
elektrische circuit.
2. INSTALACJA
2.1 - Montaż konsoli
Zamontować konsolę w kabinie ciągnika w miejscu, gdzie będzie łatwo
widoczna i dostępna. W tym celu należy użyć wspornika [A] (rys.1)
dostarczonego wraz z konsolą. Zacisnąć płytkę [B] (rys.1) z tyłu konsoli.
2.2 - Kable konsoli
a) Kabel zasilający
Sterownik siewnika MONOSEM CS30 pracuje jedynie przy napięciu
12 Volt. Kabel zasilający konsoli składa się z dwóch przewodów. Jeżeli
nie używasz oryginalnej 3-pinowej wtyczki, upewnij się, że brązowy
przewód z uchwytem bezpiecznika [C] (rys. 2) jest podłączony do
zacisku (+) akumulatora, niebieski przewód jest podłączony do zacisku
(−) akumulatora.
Jeżeli masz dwa akumulatory 12 V w serii, upewnij się, że niebieski
przewód znajduje się na zacisku podłączonym do podwozia ciągnika
(zacisk −), a brązowy przewód jest umieszczony na zacisku + tego
samego akumulatora.
Bezpiecznik w uchwycie bezpiecznika [C] (rys. 2 i 3) chroni obwód
elektryczny.
