KIT ANTI DÉRIVE DE POUSSIÈRES (KAP) SUR TURBINE PNU

►Ce kit permet de collecter l’air en sortie de turbine pour le déposer
directement sur le sol.
►Ce kit comprend :
• Un collecteur Ø110.
• Un grand et deux petits tuyaux souples Ø110.
• Un caisson de décompression.
►L’air rejeté par la turbine passe par le collecteur, puis est transféré par
le tuyau Ø110 dans le caisson de décompression qui lui freine l’air avant
de l’évacuer sur le sol par les deux sorties Ø110 (voir schéma).
►Le collecteur est xé sur la sortie de la turbine, le grand tuyau souple
Ø110 relie le collecteur au caisson de décompression qui lui est xé sur
une poutre du châssis, la sortie du caisson se fait par les deux petits
tuyaux souples Ø110.
►Un joint en mousse est nécessaire pour éviter les fuites entre le
collecteur et la turbine.
►An de parfaire l’étanchéité, nous vous conseillons de faire un joint
tout autour du collecteur avec un produit de type silicone.
DUST ANTI DRIFT KIT ON TURBINE PNU (KAP)

►This kit is designed to collect the air ow at the outlet of the turbine
and then drives it to on the surface of the ground.
►In the kit, you have :
• A collector Ø110.
• One big and two short exible hoses Ø110.
• A decompression box.
►The air coming out of the turbine go throw the manifold, then is
transferred in the hose Ø110 to the decompression box which slow
down the air before leaving it on the ground through 2 outlets Ø110
(see drawing).
►The air manifold is tted on the upper outlet of the turbine, the big
exible hose Ø110 joins the air manifold to the decompression box which
is tted on one beam of the frame. The outlet of the decompression box
is done through 2 short exible hoses Ø110.
►A foam seal is necessary to avoid the air leakage between the manifold
and the turbine outlet.
►In order to improve the air tightness, we advise you to make a sealing
around the manifold with a silicon type sealant.
PORFOGÓ RENDSZER (KAP) PNU TURBINÁKHOZ

►Ez a rendszer összegyűjti, és a talaj felé tereli a turbinából kiáramló
levegőt.
►A készlet tartalma:
• Egy Ø110 gyűjtőtartály.
• Egy nagy és két kis méretű hajlékony tömlő Ø110.
• Egy nyomáskiegyenlítő tartály.
►A turbinából kiáramló levegő a gyűjtőtartályon és a Ø110 tömlőn
keresztül a nyomáskiegyenlítő tartályba kerül, mely csökkenti a
nyomást, mielőtt a két Ø110 kimeneten keresztül a talaj felé irányítja a
levegőt (lásd az ábrát).
►A gyűjtőtartály a turbina kimenetén, a Ø110, nagy méretű hajlékony
tömlő pedig a gyűjtőtartály és a nyomáskiegyenlítő tartály között
helyezkedik el, amely a gép vázán lévő szerelvényre van erősítve. A
nyomáskiegyenlítő tartály kimenete két, Ø110 hajlékony tömlő.
►A gyűjtőtartály és a turbina közötti szivárgás megelőzéséhez hab
alapú tömítőanyag szükséges.
►A megfelelő szigetelés érdekében javasoljuk, hogy a gyűjtőtartályt
lássa el szilikon tömítéssel.
