  If your Montgomery Ward Air Conditioner isn't operating, first, ensure the wall plug is firmly pushed into the socket. If that's not the issue, check the fuse or circuit breaker and replace or reset it if necessary. Also, the illuminated water indicator might mean that the water needs to be drained from unit. Make sure that the room temperature isn't lower than the temperature set on the unit, and adjust accordingly. Finally, check the LCDI plug for damage, and if none is found, push the reset button.

Note that cooling will not occur until the room temperature is above 62°F. Also, clean the filters if they are dirty. Finally, ensure that the air outlet or exhaust hose are not blocked; if they are, remove the obstruction.
