Problem Possible solution
No function Check if the mains plug has been connected
properly. Check if the cover is properly installed on
the motor assembly and if the locking arm is flipped
up and properly a l i g n e d with the recesses in the
cover. Has the overheat protection been activated?
Turn the rotary control to 0, unplug the device from
the mains and let the device cool down to room
temperature, before switching the device on again.
Bad juicing results Check the type of fruit/ vegetable. Refer to Tips for
more information about suitable food. Check the
centrifugal screen for residue or blockage. Empty or
clean the centrifugal screen.
