Usage Features
Operating Instructions
- Connecting Pads: Connect the pads to the wire by snapping them on, then remove the protective film.
- Note: Adding a few drops of water on the pads will increase their longevity.
- Placing Pads: Place pads where the massage sensations are desired. Plug into one of the ports on the device. For additional relief, use the second port and repeat steps 1&2 for two additional pads.
- Make sure both pads are on the skin and not overlapping. Ensure your skin is free from any dirt, oil or lotion.
- Tips: When using two pads (one channel) or four pads (two channels) at the same time, ensure all pads are placed on your body, otherwise it won't work.
- Turning On/Off: Turn the device on by pressing the on/off switch on the top of the unit. The unit will be now activated and start in Mode 1.
- Mode Selection: There are six icons on the screen, each icon contains different built-in 4 modes. Press "<" and ">" buttons to change the six icons (6 main modes). Press the "M" button to try 4 different modes within that selection.
- Please increase the intensity gradually when you change to a new mode.
- Intensity Adjustment: Once you select a mode, gradually increase the A/B intensity by pressing the "+" button on the right/left side; decrease it by pressing "-" button on the right/left side of the TENS.
- Timer Adjustment: Adjust the TENS using time by pressing the T button on the side of the tens. The timer can be increased by 10 minute intervals and the tens will automatically turn off after the set time has finished.
- Pause Function: Press the round button to pause when changing the massage point.
- Turning Device Off: Turn the device off by pressing the on/off switch on the top of the unit if you need to turn off the device during massaging.
- Battery Charging: When battery is low, recharge the battery with 5V-0.5A USB charger for 40 minutes.
