3. Estimate Far Vision
Repeat the process for the other eye.
Set the device to 0.00D
by rotating the dial.
Look through eyepiece, cover
the other eye by the occluder
and keep both eyes open.
Test can be done with and without spectacles, to evaluate the
corrected and uncorrected far vision.
Which is the smallest line
where you can identify
the direction of the letter
