7.4 Push Button Switches
13 - Hazard switch
When switched on the switch will flash red in conjunction with all the direction indicators on the vehicle. Hazard
lights should be used in an emergency. In the case of an emergency move the vehicle to a safe position and
turn the hazard lights on.
14 - Heated Windscreen
The heated windscreen is turned on using a switch located on the instrument panel. When turned on, the switch
will illuminate amber and elements in the windscreen will heat up defrosting/defogging the windscreen. Turn
off when not required.
15 - Rear Fog lamps
Switching the rocker switch operates the rear fog lamps. The rear fog lamps will only operate when the vehicle
lights are switched on. If the ignition is turned off whilst the fog lamps are on then the fog lamps will remain off
when the ignition is turned back on.
Notice
Do not use rear fog lamps in good weather conditions, use only when necessary.
16 - Starter Button
The start button is used to start the engine when the ignition switch has been moved to the on position.
Note
: The engine will only start with the clutch depressed (manual) or the transmission in the park position with
the foot brake applied (auto).
