7.5 Heater Controls
19 - Air Conditioning switch
When pressed this starts the compressor on the engine. The heater fan must be on for the air conditioning to
work. If the fan is not on, the air conditioning warning light in the button will flash until the fan is switched on.
The engine speed may slow for a short time when first switched on. Cold air will be directed through the heater
vents. Press the button again to turn off.
Notice
Make sure the heater vents are open before turning on the air conditioning.
20 - Temperature control
The air temperature control is located on the front right hand side of the heater unit. To increase the heat of the
air coming from the heater turn the knob clockwise, to reduce the heat of air coming from the heater turn the
knob anti clockwise.
Notice
The air from the heater can be very hot and surfaces around it may be hot too.
21 - Heater fan control
The speed of the heater fan is fully controllable. From the left hand side, when it is off, to the right, which is
maximum speed. A small dot on the knob marks the point on the scale.
