1. This is a ‘Universal’ child restraint. It is approved to Regulation No.
44.03 series of amendments, for general use in vehicles and it will fit
most, but not all car seats.
2. A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared that the
vehicle is capable of accepting a ‘Universal’ child restraint for this age
group.
3. This child restraint has been classified as ‘Universal’ under more stringent
conditions than those which applied to earlier designs which do not
carry this notice.
4. If in doubt, consult either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.
5. Only suitable if the approved vehicles are fitted with 3 point static or
retractor safety belts approved to UN/ECE Regulation No.16 or other
equivalent
standards.

Restraints are mandatory for children in the front seat; those under three need specific weight-based restraints.

Rear Seat

Adults and children must use available seat belts or restraints in the rear. Children over 3 should use an adult belt if no other is available.

Securing the Harness

Connects harness ends to the buckle securely, checking for a 'CLICK' and ensuring no release.

Tightening the Harness

Adjusts harness for snug fit, advising two fingers between straps and child's chest for optimal safety.

Loosening the Harness

Loosens harness by pressing front tab and pulling straps, warning not to pull fixed shoulder pads.

Adjusting the Shoulder Height

Sets harness straps to nearest slots for child's shoulders, always using higher position if between slots.

Using the Head Support

Fitting Your Child Seat Into Your Car

For Use from 9kg to 18kg

Install the seat forward-facing using a 3-point seat belt, ensuring the lap belt is below the arm rest.

For Use from 15kg to 25kg

Remove harness, use vehicle seat belt. Feed straps through bottom, buckle connectors, and back of seat.

For Use from 22kg to 36kg

Use as booster seat by removing back. Secure with 3-point belt, routing lap belt under arm rests and diagonal over.

Removing the Fabric Cover

Detach seat cover and head support for washing by releasing elasticated edges and turning locking device.
