If your Motif Medical Equipment isn't getting power, check the power adapter to ensure it's properly plugged into the outlet. Inspect the power knob and pump exterior for any obstructions. If the adapter is damaged, contact Motif customer service at 844-272-8390 or the place of purchase. Also, try replacing the batteries with fully charged new ones.
