Transfer Call
Transfer Call transfers a call to another telephone. There are two
ways to transfer a call; before or after the third party is
connected.
AYou must subscribe to both Conference Call and Call Waiting
Supplementary Services to be able to use this feature.
Initiating Transfer Call Before the Third
Party is Connected
To transfer a call to another telephone, press the
M
key and
select Transfer Call from the “In-Call” menu. Enter the
number where the call will be transferred and press
O
.
Your phone will then attempt to transfer the call. The display will
show Transferring Call followed by Call
Transferred. When the call has been successfully transferred,
you will be disconnected automatically.
Initiating Transfer Call After the Third Party
is Connected
If you already have an active call and a call on hold, press the
M
key and select Transfer Call from the “In-Call”
menu. Your phone will then attempt to transfer the active call to
the call on hold. The display will show Transferring Call
followed by Call Transferred. Once the call has been
successfully transferred, you will be disconnected automatically.
