To dial the local international access code:
Inserting Special Characters
into Dialing Sequences
In addition to pressing numbers on your keypad, you can insert special
characters in a phone number.
While dialing (with digits visible in the display), you can press
longer,

will show later in the display:

ā€œ+ā€ and then enter in the country code for the country that you
would like to connect to (e.g., +44 for the U.K., +33 for France,
etc.) followed by the rest of the phone number.
