How to fix a Motorola GPS developer board that does not power up?

If your Motorola GPS developer board isn't powering up, start by checking the power source connection. If you're using an external DC power source, make sure the supply is within the range of 3.3V to 4.2V. Also, verify that the board power switch (S200) is turned on and check the source jumper (P203 or P204) position. Ensure that the EVB jumper (P201) is present.
