acreditfortheProductorpartsasdepreciatedandaccept
itsreturn.Thedepreciationwillbeanequalamountper
yearoverthelifetimeoftheProductorpartsasestablished
byMOTOROLA.
MOTOROLAwillhavenoliabilitywithrespecttoanyclaimof
patentinfringementwhichisbaseduponthecombinationofthe
Productorpartsfurnishedhereunderwithsoftware,apparatus
ordevicesnotfurnishedbyMOTOROLA,norwillMOTOROLA
haveanyliabilityfortheuseofancillaryequipmentorsoftware
notfurnishedbyMOTOROLAwhichisattachedtoorusedin
connectionwiththeProduct.Theforegoingstatestheentire
liabilityofMOTOROLAwithrespecttoinfringementofpatents
bytheProductoranypartsthereof.
LawsintheUnitedStatesandothercountriespreserve
forMOTOROLAcertainexclusiverightsforcopyrighted
MOTOROLAsoftwaresuchastheexclusiverightstoreproduce
incopiesanddistributecopiesofsuchMOTOROLAsoftware.
MOTOROLAsoftwaremaybeusedinonlytheProductinwhich
thesoftwarewasoriginallyembodiedandsuchsoftwareinsuch
Productmaynotbereplaced,copied,distributed,modied
inanyway,orusedtoproduceanyderivativethereof.No
otheruseincluding,withoutlimitation,alteration,modication,
reproduction,distribution,orreverseengineeringofsuch
MOTOROLAsoftwareorexerciseofrightsinsuchMOTOROLA
softwareispermitted.Nolicenseisgrantedbyimplication,
estoppelorotherwiseunderMOTOROLApatentrightsor
copyrights.
