6. Clock & alarm
6.1 Set the date and time
If you have subscribed to Caller ID Service, the date and time will be set on all your
handsets whenever a call is received. You can also manually set the date and time.
1. Press
m, scroll

to
CLOCK/ALARM
and press m. The display shows
DATE & TIME
.
2. Press
m to select.
3. Enter the date (e.g. 12--08--14 for 12th of August 2014) and press
m to conrm.
4. Enter the time using the keypad
(e.g. 06--30 for 6:30) then scroll u or
d
to choose A
(am) or P (pm) and press
m
to conrm.
6.2 Set the alarm
Each handset can have a dierent alarm setting.
1. Press

CLOCK/ALARM
and press m.
2. Scroll

SET ALARM
and press m.
3. Press

to select
ON
or
OFF
and press m to conrm.
4. If you select
ON
, enter the time using the keypad
(e.g. 07--30 for 7:30) then scroll u or

to choose A (am) or P (pm) and press

6.3 Switch o alarm ring
When the alarm sounds, press any button to switch it o.
NOTE
Once the alarm is set to on, the icon is displayed. When the alarm goes off the icon
flashes.
