GARANZIA - Questa serratura è garantita contro malfunzionamenti e difetti di fabbri-
cazione secondo la normativa vigente italiana. La garanzia si applica solo su presentazione
del documento scale di vendita. Non sono coperti dalla garanzia malfunzionamenti dovuti
ad una errata installazione o da uso improprio. In caso di esercizio della garanzia rivolgersi al
rivenditore e/o installatore.
INSTALLAZIONE - Fissare la serratura (NON saldare) alla struttura della porta utilizzando
tutti gli appositi ssaggi: boccole o attacchi laterali nella congurazione ad applicare, o la testiera
nella versione ad inlare. Vericare che la serratura funzioni correttamente senza attriti/friziona-
menti su aste e chiavistelli sia in posizione di aperto che nella posizione di chiuso. Eventuali aste
e deviatori devono essere collegati alla serratura con gioco, in quanto la sua assenza, può pro-
vocare malfunzionamenti. Per assicurare alla serratura un corretto funzionamento nel tempo si
raccomanda di non lubricare le parti interne. I chiavistelli e l’evantuale mezzogiro possono essere
lubricati usando esclusivamente lubricante Mottura (non utilizzare olii o grassi). La serratura
si denisce CHIUSA solamente se sono state azionate tutte le mandate della chiave, quindi la
porta rifermata solo con lo scrocco o mezzogiro non è da considerarsi “CHIUSA”.
Attenzione! Curare il montaggio della maniglia. Si consiglia di montare la maniglia uti-
lizzando un cavallotto rigido curando il corretto allineamento tra serratura e maniglia e
vericando che non ci siano attriti/frizionamenti che possano provocare malfunzionamenti.
SERRATURA CON SBLOCCO RAPIDO (SOLO INT.) 87373/973
Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere una
apertura rapida (di tutte le mandate) tramite maniglia,
oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave. L’apertura rapida
(sblocco) della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia
verso il basso. Operazione disponibile SOLO dal lato in-
terno.
La chiusura della serratura dall’interno è possibile solo
con la chiave, l’apertura e la chiusura dall’esterno è pos-
sibile solo con la chiave tramite cilindro a prolo euro-
peo.

Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere
un’apertura e una chiusura rapida (di tutte le mandate)
tramite maniglia, oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave.
L’apertura rapida (sblocco) e la chiusura rapida (riarmo)
della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia verso l’al-
to o verso il basso. Operazione disponibile SOLO dal lato
interno.
L’apertura e la chiusura della serratura dall’esterno è
possibile solo con la chiave tramite cilindro a prolo
europeo.

SERRATURA CON RIARMO RAPIDO (INT./EST.) 87375/975
Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere una
chiusura rapida (di tutte le mandate) tramite maniglia,
oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave. La chiusura rapida
(riarmo) della serratura si ottiene ruotando la maniglia
verso l’alto. Operazione disponibile sia dal lato interno
che dall’esterno.
L’apertura della serratura dall’esterno e dall’interno
è possibile solo con la chiave, la maniglia in apertura
aziona solo lo scrocco.
WARRANTY - This lock is guaranteed against malfunctions and manufacturing defects in
conformity to Italian law. This warranty is valid only upon presentation of the receipt of purchase,
and does not cover malfunctions deriving from incorrect installation and/or improper use. To en-
force this warranty, contact your dealer and/or installer.
INSTALLATION - Attach the lock (DO NOT WELD) to the door structure by using all of
the fasteners provided: bushings or side attachments for the surface mount conguration, or the
face plate for the mortise version. Check that the lock functions correctly in both open and closed
position, without any friction on the bars and bolts. Any bars and switchlocks must be connected
to the lock with play, because lack of play may cause malfunctions. To ensure that the lock will
work correctly over time, DO NOT lubricate its internal parts. The bolts and any deadbolt may be
lubricated ONLY with Mottura lubricant (do not use oil or grease). The lock is considered CLOSED
only when the key has been turned the entire number of turns. The door fastened only with the
spring latch or deadbolt is not considered CLOSED.
Attention! Install the handle very carefully. Use a clasp to ensure correct alignment of
the lock and handle, and check that there is no friction, which may cause malfunctions.
LOCK WITH QUICK UNLOCKING AND RE-ARMING 87377/977
This lock allows quick unlocking and re-arming (of all
turns) by means of the handle from the inside, and fast clo-
sing from the outside, in addition to the normal use of the
key. This is done as follows:

The lock is closed rapidly by turning the handle up-
ward. This can be done from the inside as well as from
the outside.

The lock is opened rapidly by turning the handle down-
ward. This can be done only from the inside. The quick
unlocking function can be deactivated.
The lock can be opened from the outside only with the
key.
The lock is supplied with the quick unlocking function AC-
TIVE. The function is deactivated as follows :

Using the key or a screwdriver, press and turn the ac-
tuator pin 180° anticlockwise (on both RH and LH
locks) and inserting it in its seat. This permanent position
lets you check immediately if the active function on the
handle is the one you want.

With the door OPEN, check rapid closing of the lock and
deactivation of the quick unlocking function. The lock
can be opened from inside and outside only with the key.
You can reactivate the quick unlocking function by retur-
ning the actuator pin (with the key) to its original position
(turning it 180° clockwise).

lock is closed rapidly by turning the handle upward. This

inside only with the key; in opening, the handle opens
only the latchbolt.

Questa serratura è stata progettata per permettere una
chiusura e un’apertura rapida (di tutte le mandate) tra-
mite la maniglia dal lato interno e, una chiusura rapida
dal lato esterno, oltre al normale utilizzo della chiave.
Questo avviene come segue:

La chiusura rapida (riarmo) della serratura si ottiene
ruotando la maniglia verso l’alto. Operazione dispo-
nibile sia dal lato interno che dall’esterno.

L’apertura rapida (sblocco) della serratura si ottiene
ruotando la maniglia verso il basso. Quest’operazio-
ne è possibile solo dal lato interno. Questa funzione di
sblocco rapido può essere disattivata.
L’apertura della serratura dall’esterno è possibile solo
con la chiave.
La serratura viene fornita con la funzione di sblocco rapido
ATTIVA. Per disattivare questa funzione agire come segue:

Utilizzando semplicemente la chiave o un cacciavite
premere e ruotare il perno attuatore in senso antio-
rario di 180° (sia per serrature DX che SX) e facendolo
rientrare nella sua sede. Questa sua posizione perma-
nente permette di vericare in modo immediato se la
funzione attiva sulla maniglia è quella desiderata.

Vericare, a porta aperta, la chiusura rapida della ser-
ratura e la conseguente disattivazione della funzione
di apertura rapida. L’apertura della serratura dall’interno
e dall’esterno è possibile solo con la chiave.
Riportando il perno attuatore, tramite la chiave, nella sua
posizione originaria (rotazione oraria di 180°) riattiviamo
la funzione di sblocco rapido.
