. Per una corretta installazione e un’adeguata manutenzione, si raccomanda di attenersi scru-
polosamente a queste istruzioni e di conservarle per poterle consultare in caso di necessità. L’azienda declina ogni responsabilità per
eventuali malfunzionamenti derivanti dalla mancata o incompleta osservanza di queste istruzioni, nonché dall’uso di duplicati di chia-

INSTALLAZIONE, UTILIZZO E MANUTENZIONE
1) Il cilindro deve essere installato in posizione VERTICALE, come indicato. Durante il montaggio, il cilindro non dev’essere inserito
a forza con alcun utensile. La penna, in posizione di riposo, sporge dal corpo del cilindro; occorre farla rientrare ruotando la chia-
ve o il pomolo, dopodiché si potrà procedere all’inserimento.
2) Per assicurare un adeguato ancoraggio al rinforzo brevettato, quando è presente, si raccomanda di utilizzare una vite di acciaio,
inserendola completamente nel foro filettato del cilindro, in modo da farla fuoriuscire di almeno 5 mm.
3) Per una corretta installazione, si raccomanda di non far sporgere il cilindro per più di 1 millimetro dal filo porta. Rispettando que-
sta precauzione, il cilindro offre una presa minima ad eventuali attrezzi da scasso, riducendo notevolmente i rischi di estrazione
forzata.
4) Introdurre sempre la chiave fino in fondo, prima di ruotarla. Non esercitare torsioni o forze laterali durante l’inserimento e l’estra-
zione della chiave.
5) Per aprire la serratura, inserire nel cilindro CHAMPIONS
®
soltanto la sua chiave originale. Si raccomanda vivamente di non intro-
durvi oggetti estranei, di non avvalersi di utensili di alcun genere, di tenere le chiavi sempre pulite.
6) La chiave non dev’essere utilizzata in luogo della maniglia per tirare o spingere la porta.
7) Utilizzare chiavi assolutamente integre; non tentare di inserire nel cilindro chiavi piegate. Per ogni duplicazione rivolgersi esclusi-
vamente ai Rivenditori Autorizzati Mottura, secondo quanto indicato dalle istruzioni riportate sulla tessera di proprietà che accom-
pagna ogni set di chiavi originali. Verificare che la confezione delle chiavi sia perfettamente integra e che contenga la tessera di
proprietà. In caso contrario, segnalare subito l’inconveniente al Rivenditore del cilindro CHAMPIONS

ta o altro oggetto appuntito e ruotare la penna nella posizione desiderata. Il perno si posiziona automaticamente.

caso di necessità - di aprire la serratura dall’esterno anche se all’interno la chiave è rimasta inserita e viceversa.

Il cilindro ha la possibilità di cambiare il pomolo: premere il pernetto con un oggetto appuntito per sfilare o inserire il pomolo.

Tagliare il codolo alla misura necessaria, inserire il pomolo e fissarlo con una chiave a brugola.
ATTENZIONE. Le chiavi con magnete non devono essere avvicinate a tessere con bande (tipo carte di credito) magnetiche, perché
potrebbero smagnetizzare le tessere.

affinché i singoli componenti si conservino perfettamente integri e ne assicurino il corretto funzionamento.
Si ricorda, inoltre, che il cilindro CHAMPIONS
®
è soltanto uno dei componenti della serratura e della porta; il sistema di chiusura fun-
ziona adeguatamente solo se tutti gli elementi - cilindro, serratura e relativi accessori - si integrano e interagiscono alla perfezione.
Anche porta e telaio devono essere tra loro perfettamente in squadra, in modo che i chiavistelli comandati dal cilindro di sicurezza scor-
rano agevolmente, senza alcuna forzatura.
CONSIGLI E PRECAUZIONI. Si consiglia, a titolo precauzionale, di riporre una copia della chiave in un luogo sicuro e riservato o di
consegnarla a una persona di fiducia: in tal modo, in caso di necessità o di smarrimento, si potrà aprire la porta senza doverla forzare

la perfection. La porte et le châssis doivent être parfaitement en équerre, de manière à ce que les pênes commandés par le cylindre
de sécurité coulissent facilement, sans forcer.
CONSEILS ET PRECAUTIONS. Nous conseillons, à titre préventif, de déposer une copie de la clé dans un lieu sûr et secret ou de la
remettre à une personne de confiance: de cette manière, en cas de besoin ou de perte, vous pourrez ouvrir la porte sans avoir à la for-

. Pour une installation correcte et un entretien approprié, nous recommandons de vous conformer
scrupuleusement à ces instructions et de les conserver afin de les consulter en cas de besoin.

INSTALLATION, UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN
1) Durant le montage, le cylindre ne dolt pas être inséré de force à l’aide d’outils. Le panneton, en position de repos, dépasse du
corps du cylindre; le faire rentrer en tournant là clé ou le bouton puis procéder à l’introduction.
2) Pour assurer un ancrage approprié au renfort breveté, où disponible, nous recommandons d’utiliser une vis en acier et de l’insé-
rer complètement dans l’orifice fileté du cylindre de manière à ce qu’elle sorte d’au moins 5 mm.
3) Pour une installation correcte, nous recommandons de ne pas faire dépasser le cylindre de plus d’un millimètre du bord de la
porte. En respectant cette précaution, le cylindre offre une prise minimum aux éventuels outils d’effraction et réduit ainsi con-
sidérablement les risques de vol.
4) Introduire toujours la clé à fond avant de la tourner. Ne pas exercer de torsions ni de forces latérales durant l’introduction et l’ex-
traction de la clé.
5) Pour ouvrir la serrure, introduire dans le cylindre CHAMPIONS
®
exclusivement sa clé d’origine. Nous recommandons vivement
de ne pas introduire de corps étrangers et de ne pas utiliser d’outils en général.
6) La clé ne doit pas être utilisée à la place de la poignée pour tirer ou pousser la porte.
7) Utiliser des clés intactes; ne pas essayer d’introduire dans le cylindre des clés pliées. Pour toute copie, s’adresser exclusivement
aux Revendeurs Autorisés Mottura, selon les indications fournies dans les instructions rapportées sur la carte de propriété qui
accompagne chaque jeu de clés originales. Vérifier que le sachet contenant les clés soit parfaitement intact et qu’il contienne la
carte de propriété.
Dans le cas contraire, signaler immédiatement l’inconvénient au Revendeur du cylindre CHAMPIONS
®

Contrôler également que les numéros imprimés sur la carte correspondent à ceux gravés sur les
clés (uniquement pour les cylindres à clé unique et non pas pour les cylindres à clés passe-partout).
Pour lubrier le cylindre de sécurité, nous conseillons d’utiliser du lubriant Mottura deux fois par an ou chaque fois que l’on
note un durcissement des mécanismes. Ne pas utiliser d’huile ou un lubriant différent de celui préconisé: l’emploi de ces
lubriants favorise les dépôts de poussière et de graisse qui peuvent compromettre le fonctionnement correct du cylindre.
8) Pour lubrifier le cylindre de sécurité, nous conseillons d’utiliser de la simple poudre de graphite deux fois par an ou chaqu
disponible en nitions et modèles différents.

Zur Gewährleistung des ordnungsgemäßen Einbaus und der angemessenen Instandhaltung ist diese Anleitung genau zu befol-
gen. Bewahren Sie die Anleitung sorgfältig auf, damit Sie sie auch später erneut zu Rate ziehen können.
Unsere Firma haftet nicht für Fehlfunktionen, die darauf zurückzuführen sind, dass die vorliegende Anleitung nicht oder nicht in
allen Teilen beachtet wurde oder dass andere als Original-Ersatzschlüssel verwendet wurden.
Für Informationen wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Vertragshändler.
Der Zylinder muss wie angegeben SENKRECHT eingebaut werden. Der Zylinder darf beim Einbau keinesfalls unter Kraf-
taufwendung mit Hilfe eines Werkzeugs eingesetzt werden. Der Mitnehmer ragt in Ruhestellung aus dem Zylinderkörper he-
raus. Dreht man den Schlüssel oder den Griff, gleitet er zurück in den Zylinder, der dann problemlos eingebaut werden kann.
Zur angemessenen Verankerung an der patentierten Sicherheitsrosette (falls vorhanden) sollte eine Stahlschraube verwendet
werden, die ganz in die Gewindebohrung im Zylinder einzuschrauben ist, damit sie mindestens 5 mm herausragt.
Achten Sie für den ordnungsgemäßen Einbau darauf, dass der Zylinder höchstens 1 Millimeter über die Oberäche des Tür-
blatts übersteht. So bietet er nur eine geringe Angriffsäche für Einbruchswerkzeuge und ist damit besser gegen Herausziehen
geschützt.
Führen Sie den Schlüssel vor dem Drehen stets vollständig in das Schloss ein. Der Schlüssel darf beim Einstecken und Herau-
sziehen weder verdreht noch seitlichem Druck ausgesetzt werden.
Verwenden Sie zum Öffnen des Schlosses nur den zugehörigen Originalschlüssel des Sicherheitszylinders CHAMPIONS
®
.
Führen Sie keinesfalls irgendwelche anderen Gegenstände oder Werkzeuge in das Schloss ein. Außerdem müssen Sie darauf
achten, dass der Schlüssel immer sauber ist.
Verwenden Sie den Schlüssel nicht anstelle des Griffs zum Ziehen oder Drücken der Tür.
Verwenden Sie nur völlig intakte Schlüssel und versuchen Sie keinesfalls, einen verbogenen Schlüssel in den Zylinder ein-
zuführen. Wenden Sie sich für Nachschlüssel ausschließlich an einen Mottura Vertragshändler, wie in den Anweisungen auf
der Sicherheitskarte angegeben ist, die jedem originalen Schlüsselsatz beiliegt. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Verpackung
der Schlüssel unversehrt ist und den Eigentumsnachweis enthält. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, müssen Sie umgehend den
Vertragshändler des Sicherheitszylinders CHAMPIONS
®
hiervon in Kenntnis setzen.
Sie sollten den Sicherheitszylinder zweimal jährlich und auch dann, wenn sich der Mechanismus verhärtet hat, mit gewöhnli-
chem Graphitpulver schmieren. Verwenden Sie kein Öl und kein anderes Schmiermittel, da hierdurch die Ablagerung von
Staub und Fett begünstigt würde und die Funktionsweise des Zylinders beeinträchtigt werden könnte.
In der Abbildung sind die Abmessungen und die Position des Mitnehmers angegeben, der um 30° gegenüber der Zylindera-
chse geneigt ist.
Nur für Halbzylinder:
Beim Halbzylinder CHAMPIONS® kann der Mitnehmer in 8 verschiedene Stellungen gebracht werden. Drücken Sie hierzu den
Sperrstift mit Hilfe eines Bleistifts oder eines anderen spitzen Werkzeugs zurück und drehen Sie dann den Mitnehmer in die
gewünschte Stellung. Der Sperrstift nimmt dann von selbst die richtige Stellung ein.
Nur für beidseitig schließbare Zylinder:

good maintenance, follow these instructions carefully and save this sheet so that you can consult it if necessary. Mottura declines all
liability for any malfunctions caused by non-observance or incomplete observance of these instructions, as well as by the use of nono-

INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE
1) The cylinder must NOT be forced in with any tool during installation. When in rest position, the cam extends from the cylinder
body: move it in by turning the key or the knob, then proceed with installation.
2) To assure that the patented reinforcement is sufficiently anchored, where available, we advise you to use a steel screw. Insert the
screw completely into the threaded hole of the cylinder so that it protrudes by at least 5 mm.
3) For correct installation, DO NOT extend the cylinder more than 1 millimetre beyond the door line. Within this limit, the cylinder
gives break-in tools minimum grip and significantly reduces the risk of forced extraction.
4) Always insert the key completely before turning it. Never exert any torsion or lateral force when inserting or removing the key.
5) To open the lock, insert only the original key in the CHAMPIONS
®
cylinder. NEVER insert any other objects and DO NOT use tools
of any kind.
6) Do not use the key instead of the handle to pull or push the door.
7) Use perfectly straight keys. Do not try to insert bent keys in the cylinder. All copies must be made by Authorised Mottura Dealers
only, as specified in the instructions on the owner’s card supplied with every set of original keys. Check that the pack of keys is
completely sealed and that it contains the owner’s card.

a forza con alcun utensile. La penna, in posizione di riposo, sporge dal corpo del cilindro; occorre farla rientrare ruotando la chia-
ve o il pomolo, dopodiché si potrà procedere all’inserimento.
2) Per assicurare un adeguato ancoraggio al rinforzo brevettato, quando è presente, si raccomanda di utilizzare una vite di acciaio,
inserendola completamente nel foro filettato del cilindro, in modo da farla fuoriuscire di almeno 5 mm.
3) Per una corretta installazione, si raccomanda di non far sporgere il cilindro per più di 1 millimetro dal filo porta. Rispettando que-
sta precauzione, il cilindro offre una presa minima ad eventuali attrezzi da scasso, riducendo notevolmente i rischi di estrazione
forzata.
4) Introdurre sempre la chiave fino in fondo, prima di ruotarla. Non esercitare torsioni o forze laterali durante l’inserimento e l’estra-
zione della chiave.

. Pour une installation correcte et un entretien approprié, nous recommandons de vous conformer
scrupuleusement à ces instructions et de les conserver afin de les consulter en cas de besoin.
La société décline toute responsabilité en cas de mauvais fonctionnements éventuels dérivant du non-respect de ces instructions ainsi

INSTALLATION, UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN
1) Durant le montage, le cylindre ne dolt pas être inséré de force à l’aide d’outils. Le panneton, en position de repos, dépasse du
corps du cylindre; le faire rentrer en tournant là clé ou le bouton puis procéder à l’introduction.
2) Pour assurer un ancrage approprié au renfort breveté, où disponible, nous recommandons d’utiliser une vis en acier et de l’insé-
rer complètement dans l’orifice fileté du cylindre de manière à ce qu’elle sorte d’au moins 5 mm.
3) Pour une installation correcte, nous recommandons de ne pas faire dépasser le cylindre de plus d’un millimètre du bord de la
porte. En respectant cette précaution, le cylindre offre une prise minimum aux éventuels outils d’effraction et réduit ainsi con-
sidérablement les risques de vol.
4) Introduire toujours la clé à fond avant de la tourner. Ne pas exercer de torsions ni de forces latérales durant l’introduction et l’ex-
traction de la clé.
5) Pour ouvrir la serrure, introduire dans le cylindre CHAMPIONS
®
exclusivement sa clé d’origine. Nous recommandons vivement
de ne pas introduire de corps étrangers et de ne pas utiliser d’outils en général.
6) La clé ne doit pas être utilisée à la place de la poignée pour tirer ou pousser la porte.
7) Utiliser des clés intactes; ne pas essayer d’introduire dans le cylindre des clés pliées. Pour toute copie, s’adresser exclusivement
aux Revendeurs Autorisés Mottura, selon les indications fournies dans les instructions rapportées sur la carte de propriété qui
accompagne chaque jeu de clés originales. Vérifier que le sachet contenant les clés soit parfaitement intact et qu’il contienne la
carte de propriété.
Dans le cas contraire, signaler immédiatement l’inconvénient au Revendeur du cylindre CHAMPIONS

Contrôler également que les numéros imprimés sur la carte correspondent à ceux gravés sur les
clés (uniquement pour les cylindres à clé unique et non pas pour les cylindres à clés passe-partout).
Pour lubrier le cylindre de sécurité, nous conseillons d’utiliser du lubriant Mottura deux fois par an ou chaque fois que l’on
note un durcissement des mécanismes. Ne pas utiliser d’huile ou un lubriant différent de celui préconisé: l’emploi de ces
lubriants favorise les dépôts de poussière et de graisse qui peuvent compromettre le fonctionnement correct du cylindre.
8) Pour lubrifier le cylindre de sécurité, nous conseillons d’utiliser de la simple poudre de graphite deux fois par an ou chaqu
disponible en nitions et modèles différents.

Zur Gewährleistung des ordnungsgemäßen Einbaus und der angemessenen Instandhaltung ist diese Anleitung genau zu befol-
gen. Bewahren Sie die Anleitung sorgfältig auf, damit Sie sie auch später erneut zu Rate ziehen können.
Unsere Firma haftet nicht für Fehlfunktionen, die darauf zurückzuführen sind, dass die vorliegende Anleitung nicht oder nicht in
allen Teilen beachtet wurde oder dass andere als Original-Ersatzschlüssel verwendet wurden.
Für Informationen wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Vertragshändler.
Der Zylinder muss wie angegeben SENKRECHT eingebaut werden. Der Zylinder darf beim Einbau keinesfalls unter Kraf-
taufwendung mit Hilfe eines Werkzeugs eingesetzt werden. Der Mitnehmer ragt in Ruhestellung aus dem Zylinderkörper he-
raus. Dreht man den Schlüssel oder den Griff, gleitet er zurück in den Zylinder, der dann problemlos eingebaut werden kann.
Zur angemessenen Verankerung an der patentierten Sicherheitsrosette (falls vorhanden) sollte eine Stahlschraube verwendet
werden, die ganz in die Gewindebohrung im Zylinder einzuschrauben ist, damit sie mindestens 5 mm herausragt.
Achten Sie für den ordnungsgemäßen Einbau darauf, dass der Zylinder höchstens 1 Millimeter über die Oberäche des Tür-
blatts übersteht. So bietet er nur eine geringe Angriffsäche für Einbruchswerkzeuge und ist damit besser gegen Herausziehen
geschützt.
Führen Sie den Schlüssel vor dem Drehen stets vollständig in das Schloss ein. Der Schlüssel darf beim Einstecken und Herau-
sziehen weder verdreht noch seitlichem Druck ausgesetzt werden.
Verwenden Sie zum Öffnen des Schlosses nur den zugehörigen Originalschlüssel des Sicherheitszylinders CHAMPIONS
®
.
Führen Sie keinesfalls irgendwelche anderen Gegenstände oder Werkzeuge in das Schloss ein. Außerdem müssen Sie darauf
achten, dass der Schlüssel immer sauber ist.
Verwenden Sie den Schlüssel nicht anstelle des Griffs zum Ziehen oder Drücken der Tür.
Verwenden Sie nur völlig intakte Schlüssel und versuchen Sie keinesfalls, einen verbogenen Schlüssel in den Zylinder ein-
zuführen. Wenden Sie sich für Nachschlüssel ausschließlich an einen Mottura Vertragshändler, wie in den Anweisungen auf
der Sicherheitskarte angegeben ist, die jedem originalen Schlüsselsatz beiliegt. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Verpackung
der Schlüssel unversehrt ist und den Eigentumsnachweis enthält. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, müssen Sie umgehend den
Vertragshändler des Sicherheitszylinders CHAMPIONS
®
hiervon in Kenntnis setzen.
Sie sollten den Sicherheitszylinder zweimal jährlich und auch dann, wenn sich der Mechanismus verhärtet hat, mit gewöhnli-
chem Graphitpulver schmieren. Verwenden Sie kein Öl und kein anderes Schmiermittel, da hierdurch die Ablagerung von
Staub und Fett begünstigt würde und die Funktionsweise des Zylinders beeinträchtigt werden könnte.
In der Abbildung sind die Abmessungen und die Position des Mitnehmers angegeben, der um 30° gegenüber der Zylindera-
chse geneigt ist.
Nur für Halbzylinder:
Beim Halbzylinder CHAMPIONS® kann der Mitnehmer in 8 verschiedene Stellungen gebracht werden. Drücken Sie hierzu den
Sperrstift mit Hilfe eines Bleistifts oder eines anderen spitzen Werkzeugs zurück und drehen Sie dann den Mitnehmer in die
gewünschte Stellung. Der Sperrstift nimmt dann von selbst die richtige Stellung ein.
Nur für beidseitig schließbare Zylinder:
Beim beidseitig schließbaren Zylinder CHAMPIONS® funktionieren die Schlüssel gleichzeitig auf beiden Seiten, so dass das
Schloss im Notfall auch von außen geöffnet werden kann, wenn der Schlüssel innen steckt und umgekehrt.
Nur für Zylinder mit Griffvorbereitung oder eingebautem Griff:
Bei diesem Zylinder kann der Griff gewechselt werden: Mit einem spitzen Gegenstand gegen den kleinen Bolzen drücken, um
den Griff abzuziehen oder aufzustecken.
Nur für Zylinder mit Vorbereitung für verstellbaren Griff (Schaft):
Den Schaft auf das erforderliche Maß kürzen, den Griff aufstecken und mit einem Inbusschlüssel befestigen.

ACHTUNG. Die mit Magnet versehenen Schlüssel dürfen nicht in die Nähe von Magnetkarten gelangen, (z.B. Kreditkarten), da diese
sonst entmagnetisiert werden könnten.

male und eine lange Lebensdauer gelegt. Diese Sicherheitszylinder sind High-Tech-Produkte mit Präzisionsmechanik und erfordern
als solche die sorgsame Verwendung und die regelmäßige Wartung, um den einwandfreien Zustand und die Funktionsfähigkeit ihrer
Komponenten zu gewährleisten.
Wir weisen außerdem darauf hin, dass der Zylinder CHAMPIONS
®
nur ein Komponente des Schlosses und der Tür ist. Das
Schließsystem funktioniert nur dann richtig, wenn alle Elemente - Zylinder, Schloss und Zubehör - zueinander passen und perfekt
zusammenarbeiten. Zu beachten ist auch, dass die Tür und der Rahmen vollkommen rechtwinklig zueinander angeordnet sein
müssen, damit die Riegel, die vorn Sicherheitszylinder gesteuert werden, ungehindert gleiten können.
RATSCHLÄGE UND VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN. Sie sollten vorsichtshalber einen Ersatzschlüssel an einem sicheren und gehei-
men Ort aufbewahren oder einer Person Ihres Vertrauens in Verwahrung geben, damit Sie die Tür im Falle des Verlusts des Schlüs-
sels öffnen können, ohne sie aufbrechen und beschädigen zu müssen. Wir erinnern Sie außerdem daran, dass Sie den Schlüssel
sorgsam aufbewahren und verwenden sollten: Da es sich um ein Präzisionsprodukt handelt, ist nämlich seine einwandfreie Funk-
tionsfähigkeit nur dann gewährleistet, wenn er intakt ist.
SICHERHEITSROSETTE DEFENDER® MOTTURA (NICHT IN DER PACKUNG ENTHALTEN). Ein Zylinder der Serie CHAMPIONS
®
bietet ein Sicherheitsniveau, das den höchsten Marktstandards entspricht. Zum Schutz gegen Aufbruchversuche sollten Sie denno-
ch eine Sicherheitsrosette DEFENDER® installieren, die mit verschiedenen Formen und Oberächen erhältlich ist.
DEFENDER® TOP SYSTEM Das Schlüsselloch wird durch drehende Plättchen aus Manganstahl mit einer Gesamtstärke von
12 Millimetern geschützt. In Verbindung mit einer Verstärkungsplatte aus Manganstahl bietet dieses System den umfassen-
dsten Schutz.
DEFENDER® LEVEL. Dieses System umfasst zwei perfekt aufeinander abgestimmte Elemente: eine Prolverstärkung, die
gegen Verdrehen und Herausziehen mit Einbruchswerkzeugen schützt, und eine eingebaute Stahlrosette. Dieses äußerst viel-
seitige System ist mit drei verschiedenen Höhen und drei Einbautiefen (je nach Stärke des Türblatts) erhältlich.
