gine will not start
Check there is ample clean, fresh fuel in the tank.
Check the cutte r blade is not fo uling the ground preventing free rotatio n.
gine will not stop
Check th e Op erato rs Presence Control (O PC) lever is fully released.
Rem ove spark plug lead to stop engine usin g insulated gloves and refer to d ealer.
gine hunts and stops Rem ove fuel cap to release air lock and replace it just finger tigh t, do not over-tighten.

lure to cu t gras s properly
Stop the engine and disconnect the spa rk plug lead using h eat re sistant gloves.
Che ck blade attachment bolt is tight.
Check condition of blade. If serio usly worn or damaged replace with a new one.

lure to co llect grass prope rly
Stop the engine an d disconnect the spark plug lead using heat resistant gloves.
Check and make sure there is no build up of grass inside the casing.
Check grass catcher is allowing air to flow through the fabric; if it is clogged it should be washed
carefully.
If th e gra ss catche r is not clogged raise the height of cut to increase airflow.
Check to e nsure the engine is running at the correct spee d, (approxim ately 3 000rp m).
If conditions are too severe to use the grass catcher, remove it and work with the deflector in position.

This will certainly in dicate that the bla de has becom e badly dam age d. Stop the engine, discon nect the
spark plug lead and exam in e the blade assembly. Refer to your local dealer.
