ASSEBLING AND USING THE BLENDER
WARNING! Prior to the first use, wash all parts of the blender in warm water with warm water except the hous-
ing . Keep the top part of the blender away from water at all times. Before installing or removing the
blender attachment make sure that the power cord is unplugged.
The MBL-27(28) hand blender is a compact appliance that helps making your meals every day.
It is especially recommended for blending, mincing and chopping raw or boiled vegetables, soft
fruits (without stones), blending sauces, creams and soups, mixing other liquids, etc. Cut large food
chunks into small pieces (1-2 cm long).
1. To the blenders casing fasten one of selected accessories: mixing unit , whipping
unit , upper part of the stainless steel container with knife . Lock by turning the blender
top clockwise until the catch engages with a snap. To detach and remove the blender attach-
ment, follow in reverse order. Be careful not to cut yourself or damage the appliance parts
when installing or removing the blender attachment. In order to fasten the blender with the
container needs to follow the following steps. Put the container on a dry and stable sur-
face. Holding the plastic handle insert the knife in the container onto the metal mandrel.
Insert products you want to treat into the container (nuts, meat, onions, hard cheese, boiled
eggs, garlic, herbs, dry bread etc.) . Put the upper cover of the container.
CAUTION! The blade cutting edges are sharp. Risk of injury! Handle with care!
2. Once you have made sure that the blender attachment is properly secured, plug the power
cord into a mains outlet.
3. To start blending, gently press the speed control button . The blender will start blending
at a low speed. The longer you keep the speed control button depressed, the higher the
speed becomes. Release the speed control button to stop the blender.
4. When finished working with the blender, unplug the power cord.
5. The maximum continuous running time of the appliance must not exceed 30 s. Switch off the
blender and leave it to cool down before blending again.
