BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove the coee grinder from the packaging. Remove all plasc bags, llers, safety locks and
packaging labels.
2. Inspect the coee grinder for damage which may have been caused in transport. If you suspect
that the coee maker is damaged, do not use it. Consult the seller.
3. Verify that your power mains match the nameplate rangs of the coee maker.
4. Clean the coee grinder. Follow Secon “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
5. Place the coee grinder on a rm, dry, stable, at and level surface.
USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Li the coee bean canister lid (6). Make sure that no foreign objects are inside the canister and
add 180g of coee beans. Do not add more than 180 g to (5).
2. Select the ground grain size with the dial (4). The selector dial provides 17 levels of ground coee
grain, from FINE to MEDIUM and COARSE. Fine ground coee is recommended for espresso
machines. Rougher grind is recommended for coee brewed by pouring over with boiling water
and coee drip machines.
3. Select the ground coee volume with the selector knob (3). The volume is measured in coee
cups (from 2 to 12) which can be brewed from the ground product. Each ground volume level
corresponds to a preset grinding me (up to 72 s).
4. Make sure that the ground coee canister (9) is complete with the lid (10) in the receptacle (11).
The canister port must be toward the grinder body. The ground coee canister capacity is 100 g
(or less, depending on the coee variety to be ground). Do not overll the canister.
5. Plug in the coee grinder and turn it on with the power switch (2). The coee grinder starts pro
-
cessing and nished automacally when the ground coee volume is produced as set with the
