BEATING/WHIPPING
Place the egg white beater/whipper “I” on the drive roller inside the food processor container
“B1” and cover it with “B2” container cover, which should be turned counter-clockwise into
position.
Beater/whipper can be used to prepare light sauces, egg white cream and whipped cream.
CAUTION! Do not use the beater/whipper to mix heavier dough (e.g. honey cake, pound cake).
Recommended speed: use the “A3” position when making creams and light sauces, and “A3”
followed by “A4” or “A5” when making things such as mayonnaise.
DICING AND BLENDING
Install the lifter pivot “C7” and the disc lifter “C6” onto the drive roller “A1” inside the food
processor container “B1”. Insert one of the shields (“C1” - “C5”) onto the lifer, depending on the
product to be processed and desired result. Then place the food processor container cover
“B2” onto the container and turn it counter-clockwise, until it locks into position.
CAUTION! Products should be held in place and pushed only using the food processor tappet “B3”. Recommend-
ed speed: no matter what type of disc is used, you should use “A4” or “A5” speeds. You can also use “A7” PULSE
mode.
JUICER ATTACHMENT
Install the “H4” container and “H3” filter in the food processor container “B1” on the drive roller
“A1”. Then, place the juicer cover “H2” onto the container and turn it counter-clockwise, until
it locks into position. Fruit, that are to be juiced should be fed using the opening in the cover
and pushed and held using only the “H1” tappet. In order for this attachment to work best, it
should be operated in “A5” setting. In this setting, the centrifugal force is the strongest and it
can move the juice from the container to the food processor container.
CITRUS FRUIT SQUEEZER
Install the squeezer container “D2” onto the “B1” food processor container” and turn it coun-
ter-clockwise until it locks into position. Place the squeezer bulb “D1” in the squeezer contain-
er and install it onto the drive roller “A1”. Citrus fruit that are to be squeezed should be cut in
half and placed separately, pulp facing the bulb. Recommended speed: set it to “A3”.
CAUTION! Maximum food processor capacity is 1,5 l of juice.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the device from mains socket before performing cleaning or maintenance tasks.
Remove attachments and accessories in the opposite order they were installed in. All attach-
ments and accessories used should be cleaned in water using a cleaning solution (this is best
done right after use, to make the cleaning process easier) and dried.
