Maintenance Features & Important Considerations:

Overtightening or forcing screws should be avoided to prevent damage to threads or chair parts. Using the correct screw size is crucial.
- Initial Odour: The chair may initially have a strong odor, which is normal and will dissipate over time. It is recommended to place the chair in a properly aerated room. The leather scent is certified to be free of formaldehyde or total volatile organic compounds.
- Cleaning: For stains on the chair surface, apply polish to a soft towel and rub the stains until they dissolve. Do not apply polish directly to the chair.
- Gas Lift Stability: If the chair is delivered in cold weather, it is suggested to wait 2 hours before assembly to allow the gas lift to stabilize.
- Overload Prevention: Users should not overload the chair, adhering to the maximum weight capacity specified in the technical specifications.
- Warranty: The product comes with a limited warranty (1 or 2 years, depending on model and region) covering hardware manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or if the product was not purchased through an authorized MSI channel. The leather of the product is not covered under warranty. The warranty is void if the serial number sticker is scratched, illegible, altered, or does not match MSI's records.
